Collections are hovering around 65%.
Ideas for Improvement: Start using integrated payment processing,
and set up payment plans for delinquent accounts. Use integrations to
avoid double entry.
Sustainability Analysis: Have a backup payment method available if
the first fails. Make sure all staff (or a backup staff member) is trained on
billing and collections procedures.
