Numbers is the Apple version of Microsoft Excel. It is used to create spreadsheets, graphs, and tables. Numbers is located on the dock. To open it, check that it is Numbers 2009 by clicking "About Numbers" on the Numbers toolbar. Numbers can be used to type text into boxes, add numbers using functions, and make graphs by selecting data and choosing a chart type from the dropdown menu. Common uses of Numbers include creating graphs for math and science results tables.
