Using Discovery Insights Personality Types
Insights® Discovery is a personality framework based on Carl Jung's psychology, widely used for improving communication and team engagement in organizations. It categorizes personality types into four color energies—cool blue, fiery red, sunshine yellow, and earth green—each having distinct traits and behaviors, both positive and negative. The framework aims to enhance interpersonal relationships by encouraging awareness of one's own and others' color energies to foster better understanding and collaboration.
