To make this model running properly, installation should be strictly in accordance with
manual and done by experienced technicist
Please use insolating tool to install this machine, don‟t use bad tools.
Please don‟t use low quality battery to avoid leakage, rust or burn.
Please don‟t use thin or low quality cable to avoid leakage or fire.
Do not open cover and maintain personally.
Please don‟t reverse battery anode and cathode, don‟t reverse solar panel anode and
cathode.
Keep it away from moist, rain, insolation, severe dust, shaking, corrosion and
Intensive or under intense electromagnetic interference. Do not install or use this
machine in an environment mixed with combustible gas.
This machine prohibited around the place with any flammable, explosive and
dangerous goods.
Keep any symbols on the controller complete. To avoid accidents, keep it away from
this children.

1. General Description
The advanced wind/solar hybrid controller is specially designed for high-end small-scale wind/solar
hybrid system and especially suitable for wind/solar hybrid street light system and wind/solar hybrid
monitoring system.
2. Product feature
 Independent Boost Circuit: Solved the charging efficiency of the low-power vertical wind generator
 MPPT charging way, make sure power max. input to battery and high charging efficiency obtained.
 Be able to use for 200W-600W wind turbine with high compatibility.
 12V/24V System Automatic Recognition function.
 Allow to connection reversely by battery or solar panel positive negative polarity.
 Mini-size, be easy to install.
 RS232 data communication with computer (we supply software)
3. Protection Functions
 Solar cells reverse charging, solar cells anti-reverse connection
 Battery over-charging, battery over-discharge, battery anti-reverse connection.
 Over-load, load anti-reverse connection.
 Wind turbine current and voltage limited, rotation limited, dump-load to brake.
4. Controller output DC power illumination
This device be able to do following 2 design output type, please request which type are your
expectation before buy.
* NOW, YOUR CHOICE TYPE IS √ ITEM.
(I) 1th and 2nd
line output are all 24hours constant DC power for monitor system.
Please ignore below about lighter or timer setting, this function was invalidation.
(II) 1th and 2nd
line output are: full power + half power + turn off + morning lighting
5. Time setting illumination (setting way please refer to item9.)
“T1-X ”mean 1th line output,“T2-X”mean 2nd
line output(for example T1-X)
T1-1 :default value be 5 , mean full-power time is 5hours,then go intoT1-2 step.
T1-2 :default value be 3 , mean half- power time is 3hours,then go intoT1-3 step.
T1-3 :default value be 3 , mean turn off time is 3hours,then go intoT1-4 step.
T1-4 :this process is balance of whole night time. And turn off lamp while day. This value would not show
T1-1 full power T1-2 half power T1-3 turn off T1-4 morning lighting

on LCD, so this value is not adjustable. Of course , you could to cover this process by -2,-3 value with longer time.
6. Model Description
After installing wind wind/solar hybrid system, please connect the controller accurately as the sequential
operation.

Please connect and operate system components strictly according to the steps below!
(I) Connect with Battery:
1. Connect accumulate battery wire to “BATTERY” terminal which rear of device. Please use the
cuprum cable which about 6mm2
and less than 1m. Although the machine has reverse
connection protection, it is forbiden connecting the battery reversely !
After installing battery, this led will be twinkling approximate15 seconds once connected with battery for
device initial working.
(II) Connect with wind turbine:
Ensure wind turbine in brake status and then connect the wind turbine output lines to the “WIND INPUT”
terminals in back panel .
(III)Connect with solar panel:
If your system have solar panel, please connect the wire to “SOLAR INPUT” terminal rear of device.
Connection reversely is prohibited !
(IV)Connect with DC output:
Connect DC load to “DC OUTPUT” terminal : The first load should be connected to "+" and "-1" of the “DC
OUTPUT” terminals , The second load should be connected to "+" and "-2" of the “DC OUTPUT”
terminals. The modes of load output can be setted according to the requirements of system .( The

half-power output is only applicable to LED light ).
8. LCD Display Instructions
LCD backlight is on after pressing any key. The backlight will auto-off 10 seconds later to save power
while stop pressing any key.
A) Description of Key-Press:
(+)key: key symbolizes increase or next one. In browsing window, press this key to check next
parameter. In setting window, press this key to check next adjustable parameter or increase the value of
the current parameter.
(—)key: key symbolizes decrease or previous one. In browsing window, press this key to check
the previous parameter. In setting window, press this key to check the previous adjustable parameter or
decrease the value of the current parameter.

9. System parameters setting Instructions
“ENTER” key:symbolizes set or confirm: press this key to access setting window. In setting window,
press this key to choice each parameter and go to next page.
“Esc” key: cancel or manual switch. In setting window, press this key to return to browsing window
and do not save the modified parameters.

When you have completed all setting, please to disconnection battery aim to power off controller, then
10seconds later, to re-start connection of battery to power on controller. This is intent to make sure the
program running in modified setting condition.

To make this model running properly, installation should be strictly in accordance with manual and done by experienced technicist Please use insolating tool to install this machine, don‟t use bad tools. Please don‟t use low quality battery to avoid leakage, rust or burn. Please don‟t use thin or low quality cable to avoid leakage or fire. Do not open cover and maintain personally. Please don‟t reverse battery anode and cathode, don‟t reverse solar panel anode and cathode. Keep it away from moist, rain, insolation, severe dust, shaking, corrosion and Intensive or under intense electromagnetic interference. Do not install or use this machine in an environment mixed with combustible gas. This machine prohibited around the place with any flammable, explosive and dangerous goods. Keep any symbols on the controller complete. To avoid accidents, keep it away from this children.

General Description The advanced wind/solar hybrid controller is specially designed for high-end small-scale wind/solar hybrid system and especially suitable for wind/solar hybrid street light system and wind/solar hybrid monitoring system. 2. Product feature  Independent Boost Circuit: Solved the charging efficiency of the low-power vertical wind generator  MPPT charging way, make sure power max. input to battery and high charging efficiency obtained.  Be able to use for 200W-600W wind turbine with high compatibility.  12V/24V System Automatic Recognition function.  Allow to connection reversely by battery or solar panel positive negative polarity.  Mini-size, be easy to install.  RS232 data communication with computer (we supply software) 3. Protection Functions  Solar cells reverse charging, solar cells anti-reverse connection  Battery over-charging, battery over-discharge, battery anti-reverse connection.  Over-load, load anti-reverse connection.  Wind turbine current and voltage limited, rotation limited, dump-load to brake. 4. Controller output DC power illumination This device be able to do following 2 design output type, please request which type are your expectation before buy. * NOW, YOUR CHOICE TYPE IS √ ITEM. (I) 1th and 2nd line output are all 24hours constant DC power for monitor system. Please ignore below about lighter or timer setting, this function was invalidation. (II) 1th and 2nd line output are: full power + half power + turn off + morning lighting 5. Time setting illumination (setting way please refer to item9.) “T1-X ”mean 1th line output,“T2-X”mean 2nd line output(for example T1-X) T1-1 :default value be 5 , mean full-power time is 5hours,then go intoT1-2 step. T1-2 :default value be 3 , mean half- power time is 3hours,then go intoT1-3 step. T1-3 :default value be 3 , mean turn off time is 3hours,then go intoT1-4 step. T1-4 :this process is balance of whole night time. And turn off lamp while day. Connect accumulate battery wire to “BATTERY” terminal which rear of device. Please use the cuprum cable which about 6mm2 and less than 1m. Although the machine has reverse connection protection, it is forbiden connecting the battery reversely ! After installing battery, this led will be twinkling approximate15 seconds once connected with battery for device initial working. (II) Connect with wind turbine: Ensure wind turbine in brake status and then connect the wind turbine output lines to the “WIND INPUT” terminals in back panel . (III)Connect with solar panel: If your system have solar panel, please connect the wire to “SOLAR INPUT” terminal rear of device. Connection reversely is prohibited ! (IV)Connect with DC output: Connect DC load to “DC OUTPUT” terminal : The first load should be connected to "+" and "-1" of the “DC OUTPUT” terminals , The second load should be connected to "+" and "-2" of the “DC OUTPUT” terminals. The modes of load output can be setted according to the requirements of system .( The

The backlight will auto-off 10 seconds later to save power while stop pressing any key. A) Description of Key-Press: (+)key: key symbolizes increase or next one. In browsing window, press this key to check next parameter. In setting window, press this key to check next adjustable parameter or increase the value of the current parameter. (—)key: key symbolizes decrease or previous one. In browsing window, press this key to check the previous parameter.
