The stupidity of people amazes me. This is not to say that I am the smartest person or anything
but it still seems like adults, some having obtained several college degrees, would stop to think
before they opened their mouths. That these geniuses would put down their own personal views
and beliefs long enough to see the clear and logical answer. Instead, they are clouded by their
ingrained thought and thus cannot give an unbiased opinion. Julius R. Oppenheimer is a perfect
example. This exemplary theoretical physicist and scholar was man was quoted by theologian and
philosopher Francis Schaeffer as saying: Christianity is just a person s personal belief, while

[p]iracy is a service problem. Valve s Gabe Newell said that years ago, touting the success of
Steam, his online video game distribution service. The premise is that while piracy is appealing
because it s free, it s also appealing because it s easy (Tassi, 2014). These statements clearly
describe the way in which piracy, to a great extent, is caused not by people intent on causing harm
but people enticed by convenience.
With an understanding about the related laws and why people pirate, we can now discuss how

Their Eyes Were Watching God is a novel about a woman and the trials and tribulations that she
goes through while trying to find the true meaning of love and loss. In the novel Janie struggles to
find someone that honestly loves her and she has to deal with the lost she felt when the she realized
that the lovethat she received is forever lost. Some major themes in the novel would be work,
sexuality, freedom and love. All of these themes are important in understanding the novel. There
are numerous patterns in Their Eyes Were Watching God that connects to other works in its
genre. While analyzing the novel you are able to tell by the structure of the novel that the novel
belongs in the genre of a romantic drama because there are a numerous amounts of exciting,
surprising and unexpected events and the story focuses on the love that TeaCake and Janie has
in the novel. The story has numerous amounts of unexpected events that was in the novel. One
unexpected event would be when Janie had to kill TeaCake before TeaCake killed her. A quote
that captures the dramatic nature of this particular scene would be Now she was her sacrificing
self with Tea Cake s head in her lap. She had wanted him to live so much and he was dead. No
hour is ever eternity, but it has its right to weep. Janie held his head tightly to her breast and wept
and thanked him wordlessly for giving her the chance for loving service. She had to hug him tight
for soon he would be gone, and she had to tell him for
