1- Abstract
Paper Question
- Imagine there's another rate of time (1 hour is equivalent to 1 solar day)
- How does the solar system use this rate of time in its motion?
The Question Answer Summary
- The solar system depends on the distance to use this rate of time – So- the solar
system geometry creates different rates between the distance and time period
- For example
- Some planet motion uses 1 million km for 1 hour
- And another planet motion uses 1 million km for 1 solar day
- By the motion transportation between the planets these 2 different rates of time
relative to the equal distances create a configuration for the general harmony.
- And based on that these 2 rates of time be parts of the general motions harmony
and be parts in one machine.
- The paper provides detailed examples to explain how this system can work

distance Pluto (4.7 km/s) moves during 2 x 120536 seconds (where 120536 km =
Saturn Diameter)
- The first question is (Why does Saturn diameter use the rate 2 frequently?)
- Let's remember this data in following
o Pluto (4.7 km/s) moves during (51118 seconds) a distance = 2 x 120536 km
(2 x 120536 km = 2 Saturn Diameters)
o (2 x 120536 km /2390) = (5848 mkm/57.9 mkm) = (5040/50) = (47.4/4.7)2

question we know, (Why Saturn value use the double 2?)

question is the following
o Pluto(4.7 km/s) moves during 51118 seconds a distance =2 Saturn diameter
o Pluto (4.7 km/s) uses 51118 and passes 2 Saturn diameter
o But
o Uranus (6.8 km/s) uses 51118 and passes 2π2
Saturn diameter
o That means, Pluto Velocity must be defined as a function in Uranus velocity
that means these 2 planets have no different velocities but have one velocity
defined with Uranus in a value and with Pluto in a proportionality value!
o This fact is proved by the following equation

- Uranus velocity controls Mercury and Pluto velocity, where, as we know, Mercury

planets – that means- Uranus controls the solar system planets velocities range
- That tells us, Uranus may control the solar system motion (generally) by Uranus
Velocity controlling on Mercury and Pluto velocities – that shows a great effect of
Uranus motion on the solar system geometry -

II- Discussion
- The previous data provides a simple idea – let's summarize it
o If we have 2 rates of time where 1 hour for a planet motion be equivalent to
1 earth rotation period (23.9 hours) of another planet motion – so – the
distances of these 2 planets should be rated by 23.9
o The accuracy is not so exact because of that the difference between 23.9 and
24 can't be caught easily, so we will not be worry about it
o The previous distances (in each equation) shows 2 distances one of them be
=23.9 x the other – so one of them would be used as an hour and the other as
a day
o All distances are planets distances (orbital or internal) and that may support
the hypothesis -

- 37100 mkm = Pluto Orbital Circumference
- Equation no. (1) tells that, the value 778.6 mkm should be used as days units while
the value 37100 mkm can be used as hours units
- And also that means, the value 778.6 mkm works in the day (gear) where the value
37100 mkm works for the hour (gear) to create the rate of time (1 day = 1 hour)
- Let's use the distance 778.6 mkm as 778.6 days in following to test if it can be
used by this form (778.6 days)
o 778.6 days x 2 x 88000 km (the moon daily displacement) = 135 mkm
o 778.6 days x 3.02 mkm (Venus velocity per solar day) =3.4 x 680 mkm
(Venus orbital circumference) (3.4 deg = Venus orb. Inclination) (1.7%)
o 778.6 days x 2.080 mkm (Mars velocity per solar day) =1622 mkm (Uranus
Neptune Distance)
o 778.6 days x 0.838 mkm (Saturn velocity per solar day) =655 mkm (Jupiter

- The procedure is simple one and the idea is clear
- Now let's test if really 1 hour of a planet motion can be equal 1 day of another
planet motion – let's examine that in following

- 35 km/s (Venus velocity) x 116757 seconds = 4.095 mkm
o Venus (35 km/s) moves during 116757 seconds a distance = Mercury
motion distance during 1 solar day
o So, Mercury is the planet moves a distance during 1 solar day
o But what's 116757 seconds?
o The planets velocities total = 204 km/s
o The planets motions distances total during 1 hour =204 x 3600 = 733608 km
o 733608 mkm = 2π x 116757 km
o So, the number 116757 km expresses the planets motions distances total
during one hour and this value is used by Venus motion to pass a distance =
mercury motion distance during 1 solar day
o The geometrical mechanism still needs more analysis but the data shows the
fact clearly – supporting the paper hypothesis

Uranus distance) why? why doesn't depend on Jupiter Saturn distance?

distance 2057.5 mkm is different with 2094 mkm by 1.8%
Conclusions
- (Saturn and Neptune) move equal distance to (629 mkm x 2) depends on their
distances to Jupiter
- Jupiter moves equal distance (629 mkm x 2) depends on its orbital distance
- Means, Uranus is the master of motion and Jupiter is the second power after
Uranus – the rest 2 outer planets follow Jupiter – Pluto follows the Earth.
