With more than 15 years of experience in the Shipping & hospitality industry, I can say that I
have developed excellent customer service, leadership and timekeeping skills. Most of the
skills that I developed in the shipping industry were transferable which did help me in my
hospitality career. As a supervisor I have proved that I am able to deliver excellent level of
professional and friendly service to all guests. Planning and organising events has always
been a part of my schedule. During the course of time I have learnt to deal with strict
