• Traits for excellence (P2 - You need 20): 
– Physical fitness (minimum n=6) 
• E.g. aerobic fitness, flexibility, muscular endurance, strength, 
speed and body composition. 
– Skill-related fitness (minimum n=5) 
• E.g. balance, co-ordination, reaction time, power and agility. 
– Psychological (minimum n=3) 
• E.g. concentration, use of skills and control of anxiety. 
– Technical (minimum n=2) 
• E.g. tactics and sport-specific.
