To login to the Paytm Mall seller panel, visit on ‘seller.paytm.com’ and follow these steps -
Click on Paytm Login
Note – It’s preferable to use the Google Chrome browser to sign up and login to the Paytm Mall seller panel

3. How to login to the Seller Panel ?
Click on Sign In SecurelyEnter registered Paytm account mobile number or email ID and
password

This is a seller panel interface wherein you can see all navigation tabs -

In the top right corner, you will be able to view navigational tabs such as:
• Select Language
• Seller Helpdesk

Click on the dropdown to change your seller panel language

For any concerns, you can raise a ticket via the Support tab

10. Best practices for the Support tab
Here are some best practices that should be followed for faster query resolution -
You should always mention the Order ID and the Item ID for all
queries related to orders, shipping, returns, and payments
This is important for correct and faster resolution of your issues
You should raise only one issue in a single ticket,
This will help us track your issue better and resolve
your query faster

This is the interface of the seller panel where you can see the various navigation tabs. When you login, you will see the Orders
tab by default

Choose the desired date range Click on Total Sales to see a graphical representation of the
sales made within the selected date frame below
And then, Scroll Down

In tabular form, you will be able to view:
• Top “out of stock” products
• Top products, going to be out of stock
You can update the stock accordingly
