company logo?
We have chosen our production company
logo as it fits to the genre of comedy. The
main colours in this logo is red which means
love and energy, which we wanted to give to
our viewer when they watch the film. There
are seagulls and swans finishing the picture
and giving it a positive effect. The production
company is called SEA PRODUCTIONS as
it is the initials of our names Sanam, Emily
and Arne.

What do they do?
The production company is responsible for
the budget of the film, the scheduling and
the scripting. They are also responsible for
the talent, such as actors and directors and
the resources which are needed for the
production on the screen and off the screen
over the entire production, the post-
production, distribution and the marketing of
the film, series, or play.

4. What is the job of a film distributor?
A film distributor can be a company but also
an individual who is responsible for the
marketing of a movie. They have to decide
whether the film can be seen at home
(DVD), online and/or in cinemas. Also as
part of their job they have to set the release
date of the film.

5. Which film distributor would you choose for
your film and why? What other films have they
distributed that are similar to yours?
I have chosen 20th Century Fox as film
distribution company as they have released
similar film to mine and as they release a lot
of comedy movies. They are also very
famous and release movies around the
world what can give my film a bigger chance
of success.

6. How would your film be funded?
It would be good if the National Lottery UK
Film Council would help us out and help
funding the film as they support filmmakers
who have investment issues. This would
help us filming the movie without financial
problems.

7. Titles – Why do you need them? How
have you presented them?
The titles are part of a film opening as the
people who helps creating the film and
involved in the making of the film in
important roles had to be mentioned.
We gave the titles enough time in the screen
to be seen and read by the audience. The
titles are white as it fitted with the whole light
and bright concept of the film.
