What kind of media
institution might distribute
your film and why?

Question 3
ACCM Productions
 Our production company is called “ACCM”. The name itself is
taken from the first letters of the names of the members of
    the group.
 A production company is in charge of scheduling the project,
scripting, supplying the talent, organizing the staff and
marketing. These roles are crucial in the successful
development of the production of a film.
Distributors
 We chose Lionsgate UK as our distributors for several
reasons. Lionsgate UK are one of the largest independent
distributors in the UK and so have a greater chance of
successfully distributing the film to maximum effect and
gaining the most net profit. Not only do Lionsgate UK have an
impeccable reputation but they are also an independent
distributor which increases the chances of them accepting our
    project.
Funding
 Due to the type of film we had made funding would most
likely be provided by the BFI (British Film Institute) as they
fund script development, film production, short films, film
    export and distribution and cinemas.
The Titles
 Due to the fact that our film is much smaller then most films
less people were involved. Because of this there are less
people included in the opening titles, and the camera man is
included here instead of in the closing titles. Despite this they
still follow in some form the conventional order of film titles.
 Our title follows the order of; Production company, name of
film, names of actors, camera man, editor, producer and
    finally director.
