Labor Day Closing & Normal
Hours of Operation
Basic Training (Free) Classes
The Free Classes holiday break runs through
Sunday September 8. The new Fall schedule
starts Monday September 9. Check out the
UFC website calendar for the class schedule.
Effective with this new Fall schedule,
Zumba® has moved onto the Free Classes
schedule.

 Lunchtime Zumba® (2nd Friday of the
month)
 Monday Night Cardio Cycling
The UFC will be CLOSED on Monday
September 2 for Labor Day. We will re-
open on Tuesday September 3 at 5:30 AM.
On Friday September 6, we will return to
Normal Hours of Operation which are as
follows:
Monday - Friday: 5:30 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Ladies Self-Defense Workshops
Ladies, are you concerned or have fears

Sportmetrics™
This program was developed over
a 10 year period by Cincinnati
Sports Medicine. It’s a compre-
hensive jump training program
combining a dynamic warm-up to
prepare the body for functional
based activities, plyometrics to fo-
cus on correct jumping technique,
strength training with emphasis on
body alignment, and flexibility to
aid in decreasing injury. This sci-
entifically proven program reduces
injuries and improves performance
for sports like soccer, basketball,
and volleyball that involve pivot-
ing, cutting, or jumping.
The 6-week session includes
a pretest, class sessions three
times a week, and testing at
the end of the course.
