The University Fitness Center will be holding basic training fitness classes during the Labor Day break and resuming classes the week of September 10th. They welcome new students to take advantage of orientation sessions with exercise physiologists. A new Pilates chair will soon be added to supplement existing equipment like reformers and arcs, allowing for strengthening and flexibility exercises in various positions.
