Here, I created a project using data mining and analytics skills. In the group, my role was to use Weka, Orange Data Learning, and Excel to determine how many patients had liver disease. The challenges I faced creating this project were ensuring patients' data was correct to find the most accurate disease percentage in livers. After completing the project, I learned how to use different software appliances to find liver patients' data. Completing this project has prepared me to use datasets and find data to care for patients for a future career.
Metagenomics is the field of biology studying the composition and functional expression of microbial genomes starting from an environmental sample. Since samples are acquired from the environment, they contain several different organisms, which means several genomes are fused into a single metagenome during the assembly process. Hence, a process able to split the assembly and reorganize it into its composing genomes is crucial for a comprehensive analysis of the single microbial features. The produced data would enrich fields like personalized medicine and environmental science allowing to produce new antibiotics, anti-cancer drugs and maintaining the atmospherical balances. Among the tools used for metagenome binning, MetaBAT arises as the state-of-the-art solution thanks to a fast and accurate approach based on unsupervised techniques and to its scalability to large metagenomic datasets. However, the current statistical model could not be the best to face the problem, also adding machine learning mechanics to the process would help the accuracy when studying completely unreferenced genomes and avoiding the current issue of missing whole microbial species due to low read-coverage.

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
Synthetic Fiber Construction in lab .pptxPavel ( NSTU)
Synthetic fiber production is a fascinating and complex field that blends chemistry, engineering, and environmental science. By understanding these aspects, students can gain a comprehensive view of synthetic fiber production, its impact on society and the environment, and the potential for future innovations. Synthetic fibers play a crucial role in modern society, impacting various aspects of daily life, industry, and the environment. ynthetic fibers are integral to modern life, offering a range of benefits from cost-effectiveness and versatility to innovative applications and performance characteristics. While they pose environmental challenges, ongoing research and development aim to create more sustainable and eco-friendly alternatives. Understanding the importance of synthetic fibers helps in appreciating their role in the economy, industry, and daily life, while also emphasizing the need for sustainable practices and innovation.

8. Let’s Create a Food Chain!
•Use the organism cards provided to create two
SIMPLE food chains.
•Make sure the ARROWS point to
Who GETS the ENERGY!!
•When you are done, wait quietly for the timer to
go off so we can share your ideas! (up to 5 min.)
9. Let’s Create a Food Web!
•Now try combining more organisms to make a FOOD
WEB.
•Make sure ARROWS point to Who GETS the ENERGY!!
•* You may use your eraser to draw arrows on your lab
table connecting the organisms!
•When you are done, raise your hand to get it approved.
•Draw the web onto a sheet of notebook paper using
WORDS & ARROWS only! (No pictures required!)
