This document provides an overview and examples of how to format citations and references according to the Turabian 8th Edition style guide, which is an abbreviated version of the Chicago Manual of Style. It covers citations for different types of sources like books with 1, 2, or more authors, books with editors or translators, book chapters, journal articles from print and online sources, newspaper articles, websites, and biblical references. Examples are provided for both footnotes and bibliographic entries. Block quotes, quotation formatting, and section divisions are also addressed.
