1 tbsp sesame seeds
PREPARATION
1. Marinate the chicken strips with the chopped ginger,
soy sauce and pepper for 5 – 10 min.
2. Slice the fennel and carrots thinly.
3. Place carrots and fennel with 25 ml water in the Micro
Healthy Delight. Cover and microwave at 600 watts for
5 min. Allow to stand for 2 min.
4. Season with salt and pepper, stir and place the
marinated chicken strips on top of the veggies. Cover
and microwave at 600 watts for 3 min.
5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

PREPARATION
1. Combine the maize meal and salt
with 500 ml cold water in the
Microwave Rice Maker Large bowl
and mix.
2. Add 1 L boiling water to the mixture
and stir.
3. Cover with Microwave Rice Maker
Large inner and outer cover and
push down securely.
4. Place in the microwave and cook on
high for 10 minutes. (Cooking time
may vary as per your microwave’s
power.)
5. Remove from microwave and stir the
mixture to break it up.
6. Add 250 ml boiling water and stir,
place in the microwave on high for
another 10 minutes. (Add less water
for a stiffer texture.)

1. Place rice into the Microwave Rice

2. Add cold water up to the MAX mark
indicated on the bowl (Do not add
water above the MAX mark).

the 2 tabs facing upwards, then
place the top cover on the bowl.
4. Place the Microwave Rice Maker
Large in the microwave and cook
the rice for approximately 12 – 15
minutes (800W microwave), cooking
time may vary per microwave.
5. Remove from microwave.
6. Allow cooked rice to stand for at
least 5 minutes before serving.

PREPARATION
1. Soak samp for 8 – 10 hours before cooking.
1. Rinse samp until water is clear.
2. Place samp in the base of the Microwave
Rice Maker Large. Add boiling water up to
the MAX line in the base, add salt.
3. Cook in the microwave for 20 minutes,
remove and stir.
4. Cook in the microwave for another 20
minutes, remove and stir.
5. Add boiling water. Cook in the microwave for
another 20 minutes, remove and stir.
6. Cook in the microwave for a further 10
minutes to remove excess water.
7. Take out of the microwave and let stand for
5 minutes.

PREPARATION
1. Cut the lamb in 3 cm pieces. Peel and cut the garlic
cloves in half.
2. Peel the onion, cut in half and chop using the Extra Chef.
3. Deseed the peppers, peel them and chop using the
Extra Chef.
4. Mix the wine and corn starch using a Quick Shake.
5. Place the lamb, rosemary, red peppers, garlic, onion and
the chopped tomatoes into the Microwave Fast Cooker.
Lastly, add the contents of the Quick Shake (without
stirring).
6. Close the Microwave Fast Cooker and microwave for
30 minutes at 900 watts. Allow to stand for 15 minutes
(until the pressure indicator goes down).
7. Add salt and pepper, then stir well and serve with
mashed potatoes or rice.

Recipe
PREPARATION
1. Place the butter and chocolate in the MicroCook 1,5 L,
cover and cook for 2 min at 600 watts.
2. Take out and mix with the Paddle Scraper until smooth.
Add sugar, then eggs.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda bicarbonate and
flour.
4. Add the flour mixture progressively to the melted
chocolate, mixing well with the Paddle Scraper until the
sides are clean.
5. Cook uncovered for 5 min at 600 watts.
6. Allow to cool 10 minutes before unmoulding.
7. Prepare the Icing: Clean and dry the MicroCook 1,5 L,
then prepare the icing by combining all icing ingredients
and cook for 2 min 30s at 600 watts. Ice the cake and
serve.

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Mix the flour and baking powder in the That’s A Bowl.
Add the salt, seeds, and beer and mix using the Spatula
until you have a consistent dough that is starting to
become elastic.
3. Grease the inside of the Loaf pan with butter, and
sprinkle with 1 tbsp flour.
4. Pour the dough into the Loaf pan and sprinkle with 1
tbsp of water.
5. Cover and bake for approx 45 min. Remove the cover
and bake for approx. 15 more minutes.
6. Unmold the bread onto the oven rack and allow to
cool.

INGREDIENTS
2½ cups chopped vegetable
(peeled carrots, peeled
butternut/pumpkin, peeled
sweet potato)
2 cups water
PREPARATIONS
1. Add water to the water tray of the MicroGourmet
Steamer.
2. Place large colander on top of water tray; add
vegetables. Cover and microwave on high power 10
minutes. Let the vegetables cool.
3. Remove from microwave, transfer vegetables to the
Extra Chef fitted with blade attachment. Add ½-cup
water plus 2 tbsp. of the water from the water tray to
the Extra Chef. Cover and pull cord to puree. Continue
to pull cord until desired texture. Add an additional 1
tbsp. of water as needed.
4. Place puree in the Ice Cube Tray cavities. Cover and
freeze up to 14 days.

to-be as they can be used to make delicious

domestic use, shows a defect on material or function. In instances where the same product is unavailable
for replacement, a comparable product replacement will be made. If a replacement is unavailable and there
is no comparable product, the customer is given the option to choose any other product to the same value
from the current Catalogue. With the exception of our Microwave Ovenware range and products indicated
by the microwave reheatable sign, which are microwave reheatable, our products are NOT recommended
for microwave oven use. All defective returns will be assessed by our Quality Control department at our
manufacturing plant. This procedure will take a minimum of 3 months. Please make sure you receive a
reference number for tracking purposes.
