FDG PET-CT (04/11/2023)
STM seen in superior segment of right lung, left lung lower lobe, mediastinal pleura,
diaphragmatic pleura and posterior pleura. 5.5 *4.7cm
FDG avid infra-renal aorto-caval lymph nofr – 0.6*0.6cm
FDG avid STM in distal half of right lower leg, encasing the lower tibia causing lytic-
destruction. No frank intra-articular extension into ankle joint- 7.2*7.4*15.8cm

F/S/O small round blue cell tumor – Ewing’s Sarcoma

3. • Bone Marrow Aspiration(11/11/2023):s/o metastasis
Diagnosis: Ewing’s Sarcoma of Right lower leg with bone marrow and Lung
metastasis
Treatment:
Received VAC-IE upto week 15 last on 16 march 2024
PET-CT (29/03/2024): minimal viable residual disease involving tibial bone
Complete resolution of pulmonary and nodal deposits
