4. CECT abdomen(23/11/22)
• A large well defined lobulated smoothly marginated
heterogeneously enhancing solid mass noted in right
suprarenal region occupying entire right hypochondrium and
right lumbar region seen crossing midline with size of 9.3 x 8.8
x 10. cm CC .
• Multiple enlarged mesentric, pre, para aortic retrocaval, aorto
caval lymphnodes noted largest of size 17 x 12 mm.
5. • Referred to AIIMS Bhopal.
• USG Guided biopsy (01/12/22)- Malignant
small round cell tumor.
9. • B/L bone marrow aspiration (19/12/22)-
Normal
• Bone marrow biopsy – Normal
• Bone scan (22/12/22)- No evidence of skeletal
mets
10. • Started on Rapid COJEC regime 8 cycles(last on
18/03/23)
11. Post chemo CECT abdomen(05/04/23)
• Large irregular heterogeneously enhancing
lesion epicentered at right suprarenal region.
Retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.
12. Surgery
• Operated on 13/04/23- Debulking surgery.
• Operative findings- 10 x 9 x 5 cm mass
exxtended superior to liver base without fat
plane in between. Inferiorly upper pole of
kidney with maintaining fat plane. Medially
upper pole to IVC. Cystic lesion filled with dirty
fluid ( 3 x 5 – 10 ml). Mass incompletely
excised.
