7. • After thorough evaluation , Patient was
diagnosed as carcinoma ovary
• Patient was operated ( TAH + right pelvic and
para-aortic lymphadenectomy ) on 13/04/22
8. Post op HPE(S-1778/22) : 27/04/22
• Bilateral high grade serous carcinoma , Poorly
differenytiated without evidence of fallopian
tube or omental involvement or Lymph node
metastasis.
• pT1bN0Mx, FIGO stage IB
• 00/17 LN positive .
• Ascitic fluid negative for malignant cells.
9. • Patient consulted RT OPD for further
management .
• Patient was planned for adjuvant
chemotherapy with 6 cycles of Paclitaxel and
carboplatin

chemotherapy on sep 2nd ,2022.
• Patient was put on close follow up

• USG abdomen: (02/05/23): Small hyperechoic
lesions measuring 5x 5 mm and 5 x 4 mm
noted in segement VII and VI of liver

• CA -125 : (10/05/23): 38.70 (increased)
