• Presented with C/O lesion over left lateral border of tongue for 3 months
• Evaluated in private hospital (Lakecity institute of surgery) and was biopsied-
Poorly differentiated Squamous cell carcinoma
• No pre-op imaging done
• Underwent left partial glossectomy + left MRND on 31/03/2023 at pvt
hospital

2. • Post-op HPR at AIIMS (slide review):
tumor size:1.4*1.5cm, Keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma
No LVI, No PNI, WPOI-1-4
DOI: 0.9cm
Margin: closest margin- 2mm, LN- 0/48
pT2,N0

4. • MRI Neck and face (21/04/2023) – 2*1.3*1.7cm, hyperintense,
heterogeneously enhancing lesion in left lateral border of anterior
half of tongue in mid part- ? Residual lesion/ Post op changes
- lesion not crossing midline, not invading floor of mouth
• CECT chest: normal
• Diagnosis: Carcinoma left lateral border of tongue post-op, pT2,N0
with ? Residual lesion
