This is my Week 2 Activate task for Applied IT Stage 3.

2. What is Tumblr?
Tumblr is a micro blogging/social networking website, which allows
users to post and repost multimedia to their own “blog”.
Users can follow each other, and make their blogs private or public.
The main interface is known as the dashboard where users can
customize their blog’s settings, and reblog multimedia.
This is a web 2.0 tool because of its ability to reblog, upload and
share content around an online community.

3. How to Sign up
• Tumblr is one of the easiest web 2.0 applications to sign up to, because
the first sign up screen only requires your email, password and a
username. Enter your email, password and desired username.
• Go to tumblr.com to start.

4. How to sign up
• Press start when you are ready to proceed and then enter your age and
agree with the terms and conditions in the next screen.

5. How to Sign up
• Click next when you are ready to move on, and then verify the text and
pictures shown.

6. How to Sign up
• Now you have officially made an account with tumblr. Next you can start
reblogging, and tumblr will usually help you start by filtering out some
topics as shown in the next screen.
