Why Do People Travel Essay
First, I just want you to ask yourself a little and simple question. Why do you travel? Have you
answered it? I sincerely want you to answer it before I do so, that will help you understand with
more ease. The first one I thought of was to learn. Many people, in fact, love to travel to get to
know a country's culture, food, language and landmarks. This will help people be more culturally
diverse, open–minded and usually more balanced people. The second reason I thought of was to
have an adventure. Naturally, some people are more adventurous than others so they prefer doing
something they have never done before. For instance, people who live near the ocean have the
tendency to visit more mountainous places so they can have new experiences and do more radical
activities. Another obvious reason is to spend some quality time with your family. Nowadays people
work during most of their days and go back home already tired, meaning they have less time for
their families and people they love than before. Thus, they often go for a journey together during
holidays and sometimes even weekends. The final reason I have got is quite different...show more

As you might remember I gave four reasons to why people travel: to learn, to have an adventure,
to spend time with people you like and to work. My trip to Granada can apply to all four reasons.
It was a school trip, where I learned and adventured myself whilst I spent time with people I like,
my friends. This trip was a change from what I am used to in every way. Change is a key word
here because that is what we mainly seek through traveling. A change from our routines, to get
away from the weather, work and culture we are used to. By simply changing, I was able to avoid,
not forget, the strains and stresses of my everyday life and, thus, we have more positive feelings.
That is why we travel; we release ourselves from what saddens us and focus on what we are doing
at that

Monday 16th of December, 4 pm. I got out of the plane and walked down a glass tunnel,
disappointed. During the whole trip, I was imagining that it would just paradise. A bright blue sky,
exotic birds, multi–coloured pelicans, coconut trees everywhere and the pulchritudinous sea. I was
wrong. The airport was at least ten miles away from any town and more than fifty miles away from
the sea. The only thing that was true was the sky's cyanosis and lividness and it kept my hopes up
that I would soon be putting my feet in the Pacific Ocean. I could hear people talking in lots of
different languages. In front of me was Asian group talking, with their ever shrinking cameras

The man kept on asking similar kind of questions to my parents and then ten minutes later, they were
free to go.
We took a taxi to the hotel. During the taxi journey, I couldn't keep my eyes off the view. The
viridescence of the trees and the magnificent landscape. I had a feeling that I was never going to
leave this place ever again and I know that this was where I wanted to spend the rest of my life. I
could sense the freshness of the breeze and smell the delicate perfume of summer.
Once arrived at the hotel, I undid my suitcases and went for a walk on the beach, it was nearly 8
pm and the it was starting to get really dark. I lied on the beach thinking of all the things I was
going to do the following day like windsurfing and scuba diving. I feel something touching my
arm and I suddenly wake up, I don't know how long I had been lying on the beach for. A man with
dread locks and an eyebrow piercing dark skinned was looking at me and started taking to me in
Spanish I didn't really understand what he was saying because of his strong accent but all I heard
was "quieres uno?" Waving a joint at me I didn't know what to say so I said, trying to put a really
nice Spanish accent so that he wouldn't realise that I was foreign, "Si, pero que tienes?" and he said
in English "cannabis" and I

Essay on The Effects of Traveling
The Effects of Traveling
By

The Effects of Traveling What impacts have globalization on the world? It has opened many
different resources to people to know what has happened in many different spots on Earth. It also lets
them know more about others around the world. Consequently, people are changed by being
interested in learning more about others. Traveling abroad and experiencing different countries and
cultures are one of the globalization effects that have influenced people. Reasons for traveling are
various. For instance, the businessman who travels for work, the student who travels for study, the
scientist who travels for research purposes, and general people who travel to take a vacation and so
forth. Whatever the...show more content...
In addition, they are more aware and compassionate toward other people around them. On the
contrary of people who never leave their country lack an experience of diversity. Also, those base
their opinion on a small group of people they have ever come across or on the information they
could know from the media (Jane, 2010). For example, those people who believe in the concept
that says each family in Saudi Arabia is rich because their country is one of the top petroleum
resources in the world while in real life there are a number of family who are not. However,
traveling opens their eyes to see and observe the true culture and then they could judge rely on their
experience (Jane, 2010). Nowadays, people seem more interesting in travel and learn about other
cultures. Because of that they have a live experience and realize the basic real things about cultures.
If many people experience others cultures by traveling, they catch the only true customs about other
cultures. They can change the wrong and misunderstood ideas about other cultures. For instance, if
so many people travel to Muslims countries and recognize their culture they would change, the
negative concept that not all Muslims are terrorists (NomadicMatt, 2008, para.8). Hence, they
expose the correct image to their society. In addition, this type of society would not have prejudice
toward other societies beside they would accept

International Travel In Australia Essay
As humans, we only have so much time on earth and we never know when that time will end, so
take the opportunity and use it to explore and travel the world. Our earth is full of mystery so
why not explore it? We can't view the wonders of the world through an electronical screen the only
way is to see it for ourselves. International travel has so many benefits it's almost too much to
count. Each destination of the world differs from the food, culture, education and history there is so
much to learn and explore. Thomas Fielding (John Wade), quoted in Select Proverbs of All Nations
that ''The world is a great book, of which they that never stir from home read only a page." Thus
reassuring the ideology that even just once everyone should...show more content...
The multibillion–dollar industry is helping to support millions across the globe, In early 2017
Tourism Research Australia revealed in their international visitor's survey that "International
visitors to Australia spent a record $40.6 billion in the year ending June 2017, up 7%". So while
you enjoy your fun and exciting new holiday, you will the support will go to the economic
stabilization of countries around the world developing countries it's one of their main sources of
income not just for local people, but the country as a hole. The most important reason I find
international travel so beneficial is we gain crucial knowledge and insight not only about ourselves
but the world we live upon from it. As we travel, we experience this development of self–discovery
and self–reflection, with travel we come to witness up close and personal new cultures and new
ways of life compared to ours and forcing us to change perspectives about our lives and planet just
how small we are in comparison to it. Travelling is also a number one increment to find our inner
confidence, on the countless journeys and destinations you will arrive upon will put forth many
obstacles and strange occurrences, to some this may be scary, but pushing ourselves out of the
comfort zones will ensure we getting the best experience, what if you have ever wanted to hop in a
Land Rover and head to animal gaze in Tanzania? Or zip line across the jungle in Peru, these kinds
of opportunities

Besides the climate is one of the most important point in tourism. In summer times there is very
nice weather in (Paris, min 13В°C, max 23 В°C)( souffle.asso.fr,2011) France. This might be a
reason for France to receive many tourists. I think some physical environments especially Eiffel
Tower is the big attraction for tourist. I think most of the people who are visiting to France are
Europeans. They can use the same currency (EURO) in France as well and as I mentioned above
it's not expensive to travel to France, It could be a reason why France is in 3rd rank in generated
income table.
UNITED STATES
US continues to lead 2nd in ranking of the world's tourist visited numbers table in terms of arrivals
and ranks first in receipts. One hand I think the reason for the 2nd rank in 'vister number table' is,
Genrarally United States is quite far from anohter countries and it takes hours and hours to reach
the country. Some toursits feel unconfotable to spend time in flying rather than they could travel a
nearest destination. So I think travelling time could be a reason for 2nd rank in 'visited numbers
table'.On the other hand generally it's very very expensive to travel to United States (Flight tikets).
For an example if a tourist from uk decided to visit to France the travelling cost maximum like $150

Why I Want To Travel Essay
Where do you most want to travel? Why? What is your favorite movie/T.V show? Why? If you
could travel back or forward in time, what year would it be? Why? During the assignment
interviewing the class I chose these three questions because I like when people ask me stuff like
this. I like to travel (even though I haven't traveled much). It's interesting to see why people want
to travel to the places they want to. It also gives you some ideas of places to travel. I picked the
movie one because I love watching movies, so it's pretty neat to see what kind of movies or T.V
shows other people like to watch. The travelin in time one I picked because well it's a way to kind
of get to know someone, it makes them think. It's also neat to see the responses and what years
they would like to travel to. It would be very awesome to be able to travel in time. I was hoping
just to find out some some information. I just wanted to see how people would respond to these
questions and...show more content...
That they're funny, cute or they describe things that happen in real life. I sort of expected most of
these responses. There was one that did surprise me.I asked one person what their favorite movie
was and they responded with "If I Stay; it reminds me of my childhood friend Ashley. In the
Movie the girl gets into an accident and falls into a coma that is the exact way my friend died 2
weeks before the release of the movie." I was very surprised by this one respons. I would respond
just like this. My favorite movie is probably Lord Of The Rings or Harry Potter. They are my
favorite movies because I grew up watching them. I just love them they are honestly the best movies,
the story line, the adventure it's just amazing and they have so many learning lessons in them. There
not just stupid movies about sex, drugs, etc. They have a meaning to

"TRAVEL, in the younger sort, is a part of education, in the elder, a part of experience." (Francis
Bacon). People travel for different reasons; they travel for fun, adventure, learning, worshipping, etc.
People from different age groups have different motive behind traveling. Children travel to have fun
or learn something new. Whereas adults travel to experience different things. Either ways everyone
gets to learn something or the other, but the difference is in childhood we look at things from a
different perspective we find something to learn from it, but when we are adults we start marking

There are several places to travel to, it depends on the traveler where he wishes to go and what is his
main objective. The general classification of places is by hill–stations, beaches, desert, busy cities,
etc. Each of these places has their own charm and beauty. Not to forget these places also have a
certain time period to be visited in for the best experience. But that is applicable only when u
have to visit the place for a holiday time and not for a business trip. Travelling to take a gap from
our busy schedule is very good for health. It relaxes our mind and makes it all fresh for the work.
It is advisable to take a trip between busy schedules to calm our mind. Besides, if a person is
stationary for a longer period of time, he becomes monotonous. Travelling to various places broadens
our mindset and refreshes our brain. A visit to a place imparts practical knowledge of important
places, persons, things and the nature of people. (http://www.preservearticles.com/201104265980
/essay–on–travelling.html) Travelling educates a man to a very good extent. As a traveler moves
from places to places he has idea of different places, religions, caste, etc. Thus he can easily
educate people about it. Rather we can say he can be a good tutor if he travels frequently to
different places. Being in different cities for days makes them aware of the happenings of that
particular city which improves their general knowledge as well. They also get to learn a bit of

My Passion For Traveling
"If we were meant to stay in one place, we'd have roots instead of feet he said." – Rachel Wolchin.
My passion is to someday travel around to different parts of the world to help people and learn
about different cultures. Three of the top places that are on my mind for traveling would have to be
Thailand, Africa, and Bora Bora. I think these would be great experiences and memories to be
made. Travelling is great for your soul and your mind, also I believe that it is important for people
to get a sense of different cultures and lifestyles.
I believe that traveling and exploring is good for your soul and your mind, also traveling is a great
passion of mine. First place that i would want to travel would be Thailand the reason for this is
because I think it would be really cool to be in a place like that and just tour around. A place I
would want to go to in Thailand is the Ko Samui, Ko Samui lies in the gulf of Thailand off the east
coast of Kra Isthmus. It is known for it palm tree covered beaches, coconut groves, and dense
mountainous rainforest. Another place in Thailand would be Pattaya which is a city on Thailand's
eastern coast also known for its beaches. Last thing I want to do in Thailand is go to the floating
markets. The floating markets are similar to farmer's markets we would have here except for the
fact that there are vendors set up along the sides of a river bank, to get to the market vendors you
take a boat.
Second place I would want to travel to is Africa. I

  • 3. Why Do People Travel Essay First, I just want you to ask yourself a little and simple question. Why do you travel? Have you answered it? I sincerely want you to answer it before I do so, that will help you understand with more ease. The first one I thought of was to learn. Many people, in fact, love to travel to get to know a country's culture, food, language and landmarks. This will help people be more culturally diverse, open–minded and usually more balanced people. The second reason I thought of was to have an adventure. Naturally, some people are more adventurous than others so they prefer doing something they have never done before. For instance, people who live near the ocean have the tendency to visit more mountainous places so they can have new experiences and do more radical activities. Another obvious reason is to spend some quality time with your family. Nowadays people work during most of their days and go back home already tired, meaning they have less time for their families and people they love than before. Thus, they often go for a journey together during holidays and sometimes even weekends. The final reason I have got is quite different...show more content... As you might remember I gave four reasons to why people travel: to learn, to have an adventure, to spend time with people you like and to work. My trip to Granada can apply to all four reasons. It was a school trip, where I learned and adventured myself whilst I spent time with people I like, my friends. This trip was a change from what I am used to in every way. Change is a key word here because that is what we mainly seek through traveling. A change from our routines, to get away from the weather, work and culture we are used to. By simply changing, I was able to avoid, not forget, the strains and stresses of my everyday life and, thus, we have more positive feelings. That is why we travel; we release ourselves from what saddens us and focus on what we are doing at that Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 4. Travel Writing Essay Travel Writing Monday 16th of December, 4 pm. I got out of the plane and walked down a glass tunnel, disappointed. During the whole trip, I was imagining that it would just paradise. A bright blue sky, exotic birds, multi–coloured pelicans, coconut trees everywhere and the pulchritudinous sea. I was wrong. The airport was at least ten miles away from any town and more than fifty miles away from the sea. The only thing that was true was the sky's cyanosis and lividness and it kept my hopes up that I would soon be putting my feet in the Pacific Ocean. I could hear people talking in lots of different languages. In front of me was Asian group talking, with their ever shrinking cameras hanging...show more content... The man kept on asking similar kind of questions to my parents and then ten minutes later, they were free to go. We took a taxi to the hotel. During the taxi journey, I couldn't keep my eyes off the view. The viridescence of the trees and the magnificent landscape. I had a feeling that I was never going to leave this place ever again and I know that this was where I wanted to spend the rest of my life. I could sense the freshness of the breeze and smell the delicate perfume of summer. Once arrived at the hotel, I undid my suitcases and went for a walk on the beach, it was nearly 8 pm and the it was starting to get really dark. I lied on the beach thinking of all the things I was going to do the following day like windsurfing and scuba diving. I feel something touching my arm and I suddenly wake up, I don't know how long I had been lying on the beach for. A man with dread locks and an eyebrow piercing dark skinned was looking at me and started taking to me in Spanish I didn't really understand what he was saying because of his strong accent but all I heard was "quieres uno?" Waving a joint at me I didn't know what to say so I said, trying to put a really nice Spanish accent so that he wouldn't realise that I was foreign, "Si, pero que tienes?" and he said in English "cannabis" and I Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 5. Essay on The Effects of Traveling The Effects of Traveling By Hanan The Effects of Traveling What impacts have globalization on the world? It has opened many different resources to people to know what has happened in many different spots on Earth. It also lets them know more about others around the world. Consequently, people are changed by being interested in learning more about others. Traveling abroad and experiencing different countries and cultures are one of the globalization effects that have influenced people. Reasons for traveling are various. For instance, the businessman who travels for work, the student who travels for study, the scientist who travels for research purposes, and general people who travel to take a vacation and so forth. On the contrary of people who never leave their country lack an experience of diversity. Also, those base their opinion on a small group of people they have ever come across or on the information they could know from the media (Jane, 2010). For example, those people who believe in the concept that says each family in Saudi Arabia is rich because their country is one of the top petroleum resources in the world while in real life there are a number of family who are not. However, traveling opens their eyes to see and observe the true culture and then they could judge rely on their experience (Jane, 2010). Nowadays, people seem more interesting in travel and learn about other cultures. Because of that they have a live experience and realize the basic real things about cultures. If many people experience others cultures by traveling, they catch the only true customs about other cultures. They can change the wrong and misunderstood ideas about other cultures. For instance, if so many people travel to Muslims countries and recognize their culture they would change, the negative concept that not all Muslims are terrorists (NomadicMatt, 2008, para.8). Hence, they expose the correct image to their society. In addition, this type of society would not have prejudice toward other societies beside they would accept Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 6. International Travel In Australia Essay As humans, we only have so much time on earth and we never know when that time will end, so take the opportunity and use it to explore and travel the world. Our earth is full of mystery so why not explore it? We can't view the wonders of the world through an electronical screen the only way is to see it for ourselves. International travel has so many benefits it's almost too much to count. Each destination of the world differs from the food, culture, education and history there is so much to learn and explore. Thomas Fielding (John Wade), quoted in Select Proverbs of All Nations that ''The world is a great book, of which they that never stir from home read only a page." Thus reassuring the ideology that even just once everyone should...show more content... The multibillion–dollar industry is helping to support millions across the globe, In early 2017 Tourism Research Australia revealed in their international visitor's survey that "International visitors to Australia spent a record $40.6 billion in the year ending June 2017, up 7%". So while you enjoy your fun and exciting new holiday, you will the support will go to the economic stabilization of countries around the world developing countries it's one of their main sources of income not just for local people, but the country as a hole. The most important reason I find international travel so beneficial is we gain crucial knowledge and insight not only about ourselves but the world we live upon from it. As we travel, we experience this development of self–discovery and self–reflection, with travel we come to witness up close and personal new cultures and new ways of life compared to ours and forcing us to change perspectives about our lives and planet just how small we are in comparison to it. Travelling is also a number one increment to find our inner confidence, on the countless journeys and destinations you will arrive upon will put forth many obstacles and strange occurrences, to some this may be scary, but pushing ourselves out of the comfort zones will ensure we getting the best experience, what if you have ever wanted to hop in a Land Rover and head to animal gaze in Tanzania? Or zip line across the jungle in Peru, these kinds of opportunities Get more content on HelpWriting.net

In summer times there is very nice weather in (Paris, min 13В°C, max 23 В°C)( souffle.asso.fr,2011) France. This might be a reason for France to receive many tourists. I think some physical environments especially Eiffel Tower is the big attraction for tourist. I think most of the people who are visiting to France are Europeans. They can use the same currency (EURO) in France as well and as I mentioned above it's not expensive to travel to France, It could be a reason why France is in 3rd rank in generated income table. UNITED STATES US continues to lead 2nd in ranking of the world's tourist visited numbers table in terms of arrivals and ranks first in receipts. One hand I think the reason for the 2nd rank in 'vister number table' is, Genrarally United States is quite far from anohter countries and it takes hours and hours to reach the country. Some toursits feel unconfotable to spend time in flying rather than they could travel a nearest destination. So I think travelling time could be a reason for 2nd rank in 'visited numbers table'.On the other hand generally it's very very expensive to travel to United States (Flight tikets). For an example if a tourist from uk decided to visit to France the travelling cost maximum like $150 (up and Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 8. Why I Want To Travel Essay Where do you most want to travel? Why? What is your favorite movie/T.V show? Why? If you could travel back or forward in time, what year would it be? Why? During the assignment interviewing the class I chose these three questions because I like when people ask me stuff like this. I like to travel (even though I haven't traveled much). It's interesting to see why people want to travel to the places they want to. It also gives you some ideas of places to travel. I picked the movie one because I love watching movies, so it's pretty neat to see what kind of movies or T.V shows other people like to watch. The travelin in time one I picked because well it's a way to kind of get to know someone, it makes them think. It's also neat to see the responses and what years they would like to travel to. It would be very awesome to be able to travel in time. I was hoping just to find out some some information. I just wanted to see how people would respond to these questions and...show more content... That they're funny, cute or they describe things that happen in real life. I sort of expected most of these responses. In the Movie the girl gets into an accident and falls into a coma that is the exact way my friend died 2 weeks before the release of the movie." I was very surprised by this one respons. I would respond just like this. My favorite movie is probably Lord Of The Rings or Harry Potter. They are my favorite movies because I grew up watching them. I just love them they are honestly the best movies, the story line, the adventure it's just amazing and they have so many learning lessons in them. There not just stupid movies about sex, drugs, etc. They have a meaning to Get more content on HelpWriting.net

(Francis Bacon). People travel for different reasons; they travel for fun, adventure, learning, worshipping, etc. People from different age groups have different motive behind traveling. Children travel to have fun or learn something new. Whereas adults travel to experience different things. There are several places to travel to, it depends on the traveler where he wishes to go and what is his main objective. The general classification of places is by hill–stations, beaches, desert, busy cities, etc. Each of these places has their own charm and beauty. Not to forget these places also have a certain time period to be visited in for the best experience. But that is applicable only when u have to visit the place for a holiday time and not for a business trip. Travelling to take a gap from our busy schedule is very good for health. It relaxes our mind and makes it all fresh for the work. It is advisable to take a trip between busy schedules to calm our mind. Besides, if a person is stationary for a longer period of time, he becomes monotonous. Travelling to various places broadens our mindset and refreshes our brain. A visit to a place imparts practical knowledge of important places, persons, things and the nature of people. • 10. My Passion For Traveling "If we were meant to stay in one place, we'd have roots instead of feet he said." – Rachel Wolchin. My passion is to someday travel around to different parts of the world to help people and learn about different cultures. Three of the top places that are on my mind for traveling would have to be Thailand, Africa, and Bora Bora. I think these would be great experiences and memories to be made. Travelling is great for your soul and your mind, also I believe that it is important for people to get a sense of different cultures and lifestyles. I believe that traveling and exploring is good for your soul and your mind, also traveling is a great passion of mine. First place that i would want to travel would be Thailand the reason for this is because I think it would be really cool to be in a place like that and just tour around. A place I would want to go to in Thailand is the Ko Samui, Ko Samui lies in the gulf of Thailand off the east coast of Kra Isthmus. It is known for it palm tree covered beaches, coconut groves, and dense mountainous rainforest. Another place in Thailand would be Pattaya which is a city on Thailand's eastern coast also known for its beaches. Last thing I want to do in Thailand is go to the floating markets. The floating markets are similar to farmer's markets we would have here except for the fact that there are vendors set up along the sides of a river bank, to get to the market vendors you take a boat. Second place I would want to travel to is Africa. I Get more content on HelpWriting.net
