The training session focuses on possession and high intensity drills. Players will participate in warm-up exercises like dynamic stretching followed by two possession games, one with 5v5 in a small area requiring 2 touches and 6 passes for a goal, and one with 10v10 in a larger area requiring 2 touches and 10 passes for a goal. In the tactical work, there will be an 11v10 scenario with restrictions where the blue attacking team must score goals or get shots on target for points by having their full-backs stay in zone at first but be released after passes, while the red defending team earns points by not conceding and passing to released wide players. Goalkeepers will rotate.
