Organizational analysis
Organizational analysis involves the identification whether the training supports the company’s strategic
direction. It also involves whether managers, peers and employees support training activity and the
availability of resource training. According to EncikJamaluddin which is the advisor for Part 1
Architecture, he believes that the training supports the faculty’s strategic direction which providing
students with education and training for a career in architecture. Other than that, the faculty’s strategic
goal is to educate students with curricula that integrate the academic and practical skills. In addition to
that, we as the trainers have answered the questions that need to be answered to be analyzed whether
our training is supporting the architecture’s strategic direction’s program which is toemphasize on
students the need to be critical, sensitive and responsive in support to the global sustainable agenda in
their projects. Other than that, our modules in the training affecting the relationship with the targeting
trainees which their program’s objective is to promote teamwork through group projects and other
appropriate forms of teaching and learning. We also have invited the experts from the faculty itself to
help us develop the program content who is the lecturer of Architecture and Estate Management,
PuanSitiNadiah.
Person Analysis
Person analysis is the identification of employees who need training. It is whether the employees’
current performance or expected performance indicates a need for training. It also helps examining the
employees’ readiness for training that is the personal characteristics. According to the advisor,

Based on the above pie chart, we identified that the students of Architecture have a major problem of
teamwork following by leadership and communication skills that are 10%, 30% and 60 % respectively.
Thus we decided to construct modules to improve their skills that are Candy Sherbet and Explorace.
