Dementia later in life.
Look for Silver Linings
When we feel low, we seek people who love, support
and Understand us.
Now & then try Social Media Fasting and invest
In real meaningful relationships.
Spending quality time with Friends and family
have a huge impact on our mental health and
happiness.
Some Tips to Calm yourself :
● Go for walk and spend time with Nature.
● Try to incorporate Meditation in your lifestyle
● Practice Gratitude, for what you have.
● Music soothes our Soul and relaxes our mind.
● Create and develop hobbies that interest you.
● Practice Yoga and Pranayama.
● Learn to manage time effectively.
Change Gradually !
When you feel the need and think of bringing
a change.Do not get tempted to follow
everything at once.
Instead,work on one thing at a time.Give it a
couple of weeks and then add in something else.
Having patience when you make an important
change is crucial to ensuring your success.
