T&D India (Apr 2017): The Face of Smart GridT&D India
A smart meter is undoubtedly the face of a smart grid though there is much more than to a smart grid than just the measuring device. The most important aspect of a smart meter is that it is the principal channel of communication between the consumer and the power utility. It is not only about accurately understanding electricity consumption but a smart meter also empowers a consumer to dynamically control electricity consumption.

Can automation manufacturers and system integrators be true partners?Schneider Electric
Control system integrators and automation manufacturers function in a co-dependent relationship that, at times, can be strained and fraught with potential pitfalls. But they can also be successful and profitable. These questions often rise: Who owns the end user customer? Who drives the solution? Can we really trust one another? This presentation highlights a few best practices on how to build an effective strategy for a successful and profitable relationship between automation manufacturers and system integrators.
T&D India (November 2017) - Swithchgear & Control PanelsT&D India
States utilities must seek JV support from PGCIL. Very recently, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd announced that it has formed an equal joint venture with the Uttar Pradesh state power transmission utility. This joint venture will build intrastate power transmission lines in the northern state. PGCIL had formed a similar joint venture in Bihar, which has recently started operations. Kerala State Electricity Board is also seeking the involvement of PGCIL in its intrastate power transmission network. KSEB is evaluating several options to this effect, and among them is a proposal for a joint venture.
T&D India (May 2017) - Eliminating Multiplicity in ComplianceT&D India
In the backdrop of massive investment planned in the Indian power T&D sector, the importance of transformers is even more enhanced. In India, low-rating transformers, or distribution transformers, have traditionally been a subject of controversy.
T&D India (March 2017): Privatization not a cure-all, but still worth pursuingT&D India
In the entire power value chain, it is power distribution that has most singularities. While power generation and transmission are largely institution-related businesses, it is power distribution that interfaces with the end-consumer. All the commercial losses that are talked about in the power sector originate in power distribution. Even Smart Grid architecture has a bearing on power distribution, much more than power generation or transmission.

As Operational Technologies (OT) like embedded devices, control and monitoring systems are increasingly integrated with Information Technology (IT) systems running in the back office, interaction patterns between systems are becoming more complex and diverse. Publish-Subscribe is the most commonly used messaging pattern for OT systems. It provides the real-time information access, scalability, and loose coupling required for integration of these types of systems. IT and OT integration, however, commonly requires messaging patterns that provide stronger end-to-end properties, such as Guaranteed Delivery, Request-Reply, and (load-balancing) Queues. RTI is greatly enhancing its infrastructure software with new messaging patterns that combine the performance, scalability, and reliability needed by OT systems with the integration and flexible messaging capabilities of IT systems.

Smart Grid is an automated, widely distributed energy delivery network characterized by a two-way flow of electricity and information, capable of monitoring and responding to changes in everything from power plants to customer preferences to individual appliances.
Addressing utility challenges with MV/LV Monitoring and Control SolutionLandis+Gyr
Introducing grid digitalization solutions
Designed to retrofit and digitalize your existing power distribution infrastructure in a cost-effective way, the modular MV/LV Monitoring and Control Solution enables your utility to improve business operations, network efficiency and quality of service.
The solution is realized through retrofitting sensors onto the existing medium and low voltage power cables, transformers and switch gear, and through the integration of already installed electric devices located at the substation level.

Distribution Utilities
Distribution companies need to undertake measures like smart metering, smart grid technology, switching to renewable sources of energy, adoption of block chain in managing distributed energy resources and Artificial Intelligence. All of this calls for up scaling of existing workforce and preparing future power sector professionals to make strong impacts in the power sector. The need of the hour is to have well established training institutions to train and fill the scarcity of astute power sector professionals. Considering this, Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) has come up with Learning Centre which caters to the training needs of its workforce.

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
