This document analyzes the competence of 21st century teachers in integrating technology, pedagogy, and content knowledge (TPACK) based on a study of postgraduate alumni from 2016-2017. A quantitative descriptive method was used, collecting data through questionnaires and interviews. The results found that the alumni had high competence in content and pedagogical knowledge but lower competence in applying technology. This implies they need to improve their TPACK competence to become professional teachers in the digital era. Improving TPACK can be done through training and mentoring on applying technology in learning.
