This document summarizes a PhD thesis on content dissemination over disruption tolerant networks. It discusses challenges like disruption, dynamic environments, and selfish nodes. It presents optimal solutions like GBSD that require global knowledge for point-to-point routing, and a distributed solution called HBSD. It also introduces a content-centric approach called MobiTrade that optimizes resource allocation per content channel. Validation results show HBSD performs close to optimal and outperforms epidemic routing, and MobiTrade approximates the optimal channel allocation.
