Domestic Violence In The Football Industry
According to ESPN, 49% of Americans claim to be fans of professional football
based on an Associated Press poll, a decrease from the 56% who claimed to be fans
in the previous year. The NFL is deemed as the most popular sports league in the
United States drawing in the highest TV ratings by far. While conducting research,
we are looking at the increase of viewership during National Football Leagueseason
while players face scandals in their personal lives. There has been a growing trend
within the NFL of scandals surrounding domestic abuse, drug related problems, and
drunk driving incidents. In today s society people are drawn to news surrounding
celebrities and professional athletes so these scandals have created ample hype. We
believe that... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
First, looking at the NFL s recent scandal cases will be imperative. Given that there
is an increasing number of a sports scandal pertaining specifically to NFL players,
case studies will be of the utmost importance to our research. There have been
several cases since 2007 that have shown a higher rate of arrests specifically
dealing with domestic violence (Pennington and Eder). An example of a case we
could examine would be the recent Ray Rice case. Other domestic violence
accounts that we would include involve players such as: Ray McDonald (San
Francisco), Greg Hardy (Carolina), A. J. Jefferson (Minnesota), Robert Reynolds
(Tennessee) and Dez Bryant (Dallas). On top of looking at those specific cases, we
will need to look at Nielsen ratings and arrests in the NFL for those specific years
or even months that those cases occurred. Although not all cases are as
consequently severe as Rice s, it is important to analyze the previous cases to see if
they have had any effect on viewership over the
The Time Machine Literary Devices
In the The Time Machine by H. G. Wells, the Time Traveller travels to the year
802,701 and finds a divided world between a beautiful but simple race called the
Eloi. He explores the world and when he comes back to where he left his time
machine, and finds that it is gone. At first, he blames the Eloi, but he finds another
race of disgusting humanoids that live underground and feast upon the Eloicalled the
Morlocks. He theorizes that the Eloi were a part of the upper class while the
Morlocks were the working class, and they split after years of separation. The
Time Traveller saves one of the Eloi named Weena from drowning and she
becomes his companion, but she later dies while the Time Traveller is fighting off
the Morlocks. After fighting off the Morlocks with fire and a mace, he gets his time
machine back, and travels back home. During the Time Traveller s journey, he
experiences many emotions that Wells makes clear to the reader through the use of
tone. Hope, science, and disappointment are all common tones that Wells uses to
influence the reader s emotions at different times in the story. Wells uses the tone of
hope to show that the time traveller sympathizes with the Eloi and to motivate
himself to get his time machine back. The Time Traveller sees that even though they
are not intelligent, some traits of humanity are not gone from the Eloi. The Time
Traveller says And I have by me, for my comfort, two strange white flowers shriveled
now, and brown and flat and
Google, Apple and Semco Essay
Three articles, three companies and three very different managing styles. The
articles look at how three very important people keep a handle on their employees.
Steve Jobs co founder of Apple and his non text book approach to an autocratic
managing style, CEO of Google Eric Schmit and his laissez faire catastrophe and
Ricardo Semler CEO of SEMCOand his participative ways that surprisingly seem to
be working. All run in different markets and have created their own rules to follow.
They are the companies paving the way and demonstrating how to be successful in
traditional ways but with their own twist. Sometimes they may not seem like the

Each company has its own way of nabbing the spotlight from competitors. Apple is
intensely secretive about its products, so secretive that not even the workers know
what they are working on. This gives Apple a leg up on competitors, when they came
up with the iPhone design nobody knew what they were up to, and then it took
other companies trying to steal apples spot light longer to come up with a product
similar. Apple is not like every other company in the same market, like Microsoft,
instead they stepped out of the norm. Everything is created in house and while
some products work with others like iPods and PC, they will work best with apple
products. This creates customer loyalties: if someone buys a Mac is most likely
going to buy an iPhone or an iPod. It is unlike any other computer company.
Microsoft for example has to get other companies to create hardware or software to
be compatible with its products. Apple operates within its self, making it the firm to
beat. Google is still going strong, but growth has been decreasing instead of
increasing. With the amount of employees they turn over, they have to hire back.
There has to be a high amount of training with the numbers of workers they loose on
a monthly or even weekly basis. Google still has something going for them, and that
is the amount of programs they run. , just to name a few: Gmail, Google apps,

The Progressive Art Movement In The Victorian Era
Introduction:
Art movements are styles or tendencies that relate to a specific philosophy followed
by a group of people during a restricted period of time. Art movements evolved over
centuries from the beginning of time, which was important for the current modern art
era. Each progressive art movement was the avant garde where individual innovated
experimented with the new. The progression change meant pushing boundaries of
what was accepted. Art movements were not restricted to mainstream art. It included
culture, politics other socio economic elements as well.
Research leads to believe that the concept of study of art movements became
important during the period of time corresponding to modern art. The objective was
to understand how each movement evolved and resulted in the present.
Understanding the movements also enables one to understand the society and life of
individuals of the period in question.

The Victorian style of arts is known for its interpretation and the revival of a mix of
historic styles that were tastefully mixed with styles from the British colonies around
the world. It is known for being excessive in ornamentation. In spite of being
elaborate and excessive, there was order in chaos. Within the architectural aspect,
houses were divided into public and private spaces. The gothic revival style became
significant during this period of time.
No single style emerged as dominant in the homes of the early Victorians, rather
designers, and now manufacturers, drew on, or ransacked, a multitude of styles from
earlier periods in history with Gothic, Tudor, Elizabethan, Renaissance, English
Rococo, and Neo Classical battling it out for prominence. The Gothic revival style
was probably the most important in furniture history terms while the exuberant
Rococo revival may have taken the honours in the popularity

First of all,Nikola Teslahad an interesting life filled with inventing and
intelligence. When Nikola Tesla was 19 he started studying electrical engineeringand
got in an argument with his professor over design flaws with the DC current.(Gilbert

Finally,Tesla was the leader of the industry by finding the AC current. This talks
about Tesla s own opinion on renewable energy. He says we shouldn t use any
resources for energy. Also it talks about his way of creating Geothermal energy
which uses the earth s heat.It shows that he wanted to impact the industry by using
alternate forms and ways to create energy for people. It shows that he wanted to
find other types of energy which would have spread his legacy. It is important to
history because he would have been able to do a lot more with these other types of
energies.(Nikola Tesla and renewable energy)He lectured the American electrical
institute of engineers.Tesla did a lot of lectures about his work that a lot of people
liked.Tesla made a seismic wave device that could simulate an earthquake. In 1897 he

inventions which people would later use,and would impact the industry.Because he
had all of these inventions this relates to my thesis. This was important to history
because these inventions helped us advance and still advance in inventing today. This

High Stakes Testing And Statewide Standards
High stakes testing and statewide standards The Department of Education concludes
that high stakes testing and statewide standards puts too strain on both the teacher
and student. Multiple studies show evidence of miscalculation of scores, teachers
being blamed for low test score, and too much time spent on preparation for the tests.
The purpose of this policy brief is to elaborate on the non beneficial components of
high stakes testingand statewide standards. Thus, peer reviewed research articles and
evidential articles are reviewed on high stakes testing and statewide standards. In
addition, the state of Florida has shown the greatest amount of dissatisfied outcomes.
The information provided in this policy brief will precisely indicate why high stakes
testing and statewide standards should be abandoned from the school system. I
request the action of Congress to outlaw high stakes testing and statewide standards
for the betterment of all National citizens by passing a new law to force states away
from standardized testing.
For the past 15 years, the No Child Left Behind Law (NCLB), every state has been
required to provide each child with a test. This occurs every year; K 8th grade is
tested on math and reading, and once in high school. Furthermore, districts have
added a variety of tests to follow state mandated tests. The Counsel of the Great City
schools concluded that students take approximately 113 tests between grades K 12.

Great Britain Military Weapons
Great Britain keeping up their defenses Great Britain has a history of honor with their
military always having a vital role with what the country has been involved in over
the years. A continuous involvement in wars and conflict throughout the world as a
major world leader. The country has been through many ups and downs, but has
pushed through to continue to grow as a nation. The question that some are asking is
whether to keep the militarywith no one threatening the country as a direct threat
with a little possibility of going to war in the near future. The Great Britain economy
has a big role for the military as in the taxes that come from the economy support the
military for their operations. The taxes from the country s... Show more content on

The radar systems used today gives them that capability. This technology will
continue to advance to greater distances as time goes on and the systems get
stronger. The radar systems play a vital role in the capabilities of Great Britain s air
defense weapons used today. It allows the troops to see incoming threats on their
position or a position they are defending. These systems make enemy forces think
twice before engaging. One of the air defense systems used by Great Britain today is
the starstreak high velocity missile. With the capability to engage threats from low
flying aircraft. The weapon has the capability to engage targets from over five
kilometers away. Another defense system that Great Britain uses today is the
guided multiple launch rocket system. This guided missile system can engage
targets up to seventy kilometers away. The guided missile launch rocket system is
currently operating in the southern region of Afghanistan. Working alongside the
American forces also operating in the same region. It carries twelve missiles that
can fire all twelve rounds in just forty seconds. All rounds delivering a two hundred
pound warhead ready to take out any target necessary. The three man crew does
not even need to leave the cab of the vehicle to release destruction upon its target.
This next air defense weapon in use by Great Britain soldiers today is the rapier. A
short range air defense weapon system destined to take out fixed winged aircraft
and cruise missiles. The rapier is a mobile weapon system with the capability of
targeting two targets at once. Being a compact missile system makes it easy for this
weapon to deploy for worldwide operations. With a range of just over eight
kilometers to engage incoming targets at an alarming rate. All these weapons

Strategic Outsourcing at Bharti Airtel Limited
(a). Problem Essay: The main problem Bharti Airtel Limited facing is How to
manage its capital expenditures for its operations and how to face the expected
exponential growth and a competitive environment. The challenges that the
company is facing are 1. Keeping pace with expansion: Bharti s customer base is
growing at 100% per year. It has its mobile operations currently in 15 circles out of
25 in the country and its fixed line operations in 6 circles. So it is a huge challenge
to keep pace with the expansion. 2. Capital expenditures and the risk: They are

For example: Bharti agrees to pay IBM a share of its revenues and this percentage
of revenue shared will decline as the overall revenue increases. (c). Action Plan:
The deal should ensure the following outcomes and should follow the steps
mentioned in order to achieve them: 1. The deal should include clauses to avoid
risks and should assure all the advantages mentioned above. 2. Quality control:
Detailed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) covering every aspect of outsourcing
(for both IT and telecom) with associated penalties for non conformance provided a
framework for monitoring. If any of the measurements fall below/ above certain
threshold levels as indicated, there are penalties/ rewards as appropriate. 3. Cost
reduction: Along with SLAs, it should also define Key Performance Indicators
through which the performance of vendors were monitored and measured. By going
for long term partnerships with select vendors of repute with detailed SLAs, Bharti
can reduce the explicit transaction costs with the external vendors, thus making it a
viable business model. Thus, by monitoring the SLAs, key performance indicators,
it should ensure that the vendor fulfills its obligations and guard itself against
potential vendor opportunism. 4. Final step is to arrive at the cost model of deal.
Cost model of deal should be such that it is beneficial for both sides ie Bharti and
Motorola and Smartphones Essay
Motorola has finally made its way back into the market and this time with a bang.
After the successful launch of there budget smartphone Moto G in devloping markets,
Motorola recently came up with Moto X.
And that raised many eyebrows in blogosphere.
Does the Moto X have that in it to play the role of star performer?, a market which is
powerfully ruled by Samsung and now Sony. Lets find out!
OVERVIEW
The Moto X is indeed the best bet Motorola can ever make. With its massive
evolution on design strategies and understanding the importance of the form factor,
Motorola proved that they are ready to give the people what they really want. The

does not have a removable back panel also no micro SD expandability.

DISPLAY, MULTIMEDIA AND PERFORMANCE
Well at the end of the day Performance is what matters .
The Moto X comes with a 4.7 inch AMOLED display, which has a great outdoor
visibility and takes brightness to all new level. The display has excellent viewing
angles and a contrast output. But as it is Amoled display we do get that bluish tint.
The X can handle whatever type of media you throw at it, even after considering
that it ranks low spec sheet. You can playback full HD 1080p videos without even a
single lag or stutter. The speakerphone is not best in class but still it is fairly loud,
and you won t require additional speakers. The 3.5 mm jack has refined output.
The Moto X is designed to breathe Android, and device dies exactly that. No doubt
when it comes to hardware Moto X is unfortunately limited to only a dual core
processor, an average user won t feel the need of this. However if you are super user
and stay glued to your smartphone 24*7 then Moto X is not a handset you may be
looking for.

The Pros And Cons Of Grief Counseling
Losing a loved one can be a traumatic situation in anyone s life. The bereavement
process can take a tremendous toll on a person. There are no gender, age, sex, color
or religion specifics that dictate the length of grievance, it all depends on the
individual. The loss of loved one brings grim magnitudes for the body and the
emotional state of a person and can sometimes be so extreme that it can alter the
health of a human being. Griefcounselingeases the bereavement process by providing
patients many methods that will assist in dealing with the pain throughout their life.

Hardships that might prompt distress to incorporate the death or departure of a
friend or family member, loss of a vocation, demise or loss of a cherished pet, or
any number of different changes in life. Anybody can encounter melancholy and
misfortune. However, every individual is extraordinary by the way he or she
acclimatizes to these attitudes. In dealing with grief counseling, it can be described
and understood as a form of therapy that explicitly focuses on the goal of helping
individuals grieve and address their personal loss in a manner that is not only
healthy for them but the people around them. To work through difficult feelings,
thoughts, and memories that have to do with an associated pain of an individual is
the goal of a grief counselor. Many of these strains and types of loss can include
goals, ideals, and relationships. There is a process of grieving that many individuals
do not understand, this can lead to many problems for that individual because the
process is something normal to go through to cope with the given issue. Some of the
symptoms that a person may go through are emotional numbness, disruptive sleep,
short temperateness, lack of eating, and depression just to name a
The Application Of Pedagogical Principles
Analyse the application of pedagogical principles in own area of specialism
Pedagogy is a word that is used to describe the art and science of teaching.
Pedagogical roles are the many and varied that a teacher may perform while teaching,
such as structuring, soliciting, responding and reacting. Other roles involve assessing,
criticising, discussing, encouraging, enquiring, evaluating, explain, giving individual
instruction, lecturing, organising, presenting, questioning and answering, repeating
and reviewing and team teaching and tutoring etc.

In my own specialist area (Maths) I used pedagogic technologies like Power points
for delivering the sessions, and for messages I would use E mail, SMS and Twitter.
For assignments I would prefer my students to use Digital library, E books, Websites
and Newsfeeds. Sometimes I give tasks like Statistical analysis, Data analysis,
Spreadsheet, and Search engine to my learners to do independent work on computers.
I also do Computer based assessment tools e.g. multiple choice questions and quizzes.
I also involve my students to design their own Maths posters on specific topics using
computer design tools e.g. Presentation tools and Multimedia presentation.

Big Brother Is Watching You On It Chapter Summary
The book opens with a description of our protagonist. He is a middle aged man
with obvious health problems. His home, a run down apartment building that can
hardly hold itself together. One of the first setting descriptions the readers encounter
is about a large billboard with a man s face on it with the text, Big brother is
watching you on it. The book s details establish a world that comes off as threatening
and unsafe, these ideas are supported by later information given that explains what
the Thought Police are and what a Telescreen is. Thought police are said to scrutinize
every action made by the people of Oceania, the state in which Winston Smith, the
protagonist lives.
Winston s fears are further shown later in the book when his neighbor comes over.
At first he believes it is the thought police coming to take him away but instead it
was Mrs. Parson, his neighbor. This event does a good job of showing readers the
kind of fear that the people of Oceania live in. At home, a place where people should
be safe and secure, citizens are spied on, watched, and listened to.
Once Winston arrives at Mrs. Parson s ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It s mentioned that there is to be a public hanging by the party of the state and the
mother does want her kids to go. This piece of the story shows the readers the what
kind of merciless government Oceania is under. It also can be seen as foreshadowing
for our main character Winston s future. The man being hanged was a man accused of
having thoughts against the state. Already we have seen Winston fear being caught
by thought police for writing in his diary his beliefs. Also, Mrs. Parson s children, the
junior spies have already accused Winston of being guilty to these crimes of thinking
other than the way of the Oceania government. This creates a tension between the
protagonist and the world around him that the readers can become attached
John Wesley Movement Of Grace
The principle element of John Wesley s theology is the supernatural working of
God s grace. As developed by Collins, for Wesley the Christian life was a journey
made only possible by the working of God s grace (Collins, 2007). Through the
entire work of God and man, God s nature of grace is evident. Wesley describes the
movement of God s grace in and through man in what he describes as the Via
Salutis or the Way of Salvation. Furthermore, the Via Salutis address several facets
of grace that Wesley identifies, including; prevenient grace, convincing grace, saving
grace, assurance, sanctifying grace and glorifying grace (Collins, 2007). The
movement of grace is defined as prevenient grace, or preemptive grace. Prevenient
grace as described... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Wesley s intent is clear. There is a maturing and yielding process that every
follower of Christ must submit to in order to discover the depth and riches of God s
love. As Mulholland describes (Mulholland Barton, 2017), there is a great union to
be had between God and man. Within that union is the transforming power to
discover oneness with God. A union that creates oneness that relinquishes self
control and yields to the eternal transforming power of God s grace. Further this
process of yielding, uniting, maturing, and pursuing is the central theme of Wesley s
desire for every man, woman, and child to experience the depth of God s holy
Essay on George Washington Biography
George Washington was born February 22, 1732. He was elected as the first
president by the Electoral College unanimously in 1789. Washington is commonly
called the Father of his country since he played a major role in fighting for
independence and helped form the government we now have. Many of his
leadership practices became the template for the way politics have proceeded
following his terms. For example his use of a group of counselors known as a
cabinet is still in practice today. He only served for two terms and then stepped down
which became, for the most part, the accepted norm for future presidents. George
Washingtonis associated with some folklore tales such as being widely known for
admitting to his father that he chopped... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Because of these experiences and his successes later on he was appointed as the
commander in chief of the Continental Army to fight the British in the American
Revolution. Washington fought in a few wars and many battles throughout his
military career to include the American Revolutionary Warand the French Indian war
(or seven years war). Some of his Revolutionary war battles include the siege at
Boston, Valley Forge, the Battle of Brandywine, the Surrender at Yorktown, and the
Battle of Long Island among others. Washington had a lengthy military career. He
demonstrated his military leadership abilities early on during the siege at Boston. At
Boston he blocked land access to the town and limited British supply missions from
her naval assets. He then sent a man named Henry Knox to bring heavy artillery that
had been captured from the British at Fort Ticonderoga to Boston. In a very difficult
mission, Knox maneuvered many of their cannons to the area surrounding Boston in
January 1776. In March 1776, these cannons were used to overlook
Activist Movement In The Civil Rights Movement
An activist is a person who campaigns for some kind of social change. Being an
activist means being involved in a protest or a political or social cause. Many
different activist groups exist around the world, fighting for different beliefs and
reasons. Protesting, or being an activist against racial inequality has always existed in
America. Activism for racial equality in America was widely known with rights for
African Americans after slavery but since then diversity has increased over time. Not
only is there still activism for racial equality among African Americans, but also for
many other races that have made America their home, that discrimination. Many
things since the Civil Rights Movement have also changed, like technology and the
use of social media and how it collaborates with activism. Activism is a big part of
American History. One of the most known activist movements in American history is
the Civil Rights Movement. The movement was a non violent protestagainst racial
segregation and discrimination of African Americans. The Civil Rights Movement
began in 1954 and ended in 1968 and was led by Martin Luther King. The Civil
Rights Movement commenced with the liberation of slavery. The movement included
peaceful protests and speeches. It angered White people to think that African
Americans deserved the same rights as them because they wanted to be superior race
and thought of the Blacks as animals.
Another group fighting for racial equality for Black People is
Examples Of Foreshadowing In The Hot Zone
Dictionary.com defines suspense as a state or condition of mental uncertainty or
excitement, as in awaiting a decision or outcome, usually accompanied by a degree
of apprehension or anxiety. The author Richard Preston uses Foreshadowing,
imagery, and flashbacks to create suspense in his nonfiction book, The Hot Zone.
The Hot Zone is about Ebola Zaire, Marburg, and many other deadly viruses and
how they were found. The book also contains stories of research done with the
viruses in hope of finding a cure for this terrible killer. Richard Preston creates or

The Prius Of The Toyota Prius
The Toyota Prius is the most popular gasoline electric hybrid vehicle in the world.
Launched in 2001 in the United States, Prius is derived from the Latin term to go
before, an apt moniker for this ground breaking, front wheel drive model.
2016 to Present: Toyota Prius
The fourth generation Toyota Priuswas released for the 2016 model year. As before, it
is a five door hatchback and is categorized as a midsize model with room for five.
Four trim levels are available: Two, Three, Four, and Five.
The styling direction of the latest Prius complements the Toyota Mirai, its hydrogen
powered electric vehicle. The current Prius maintains the slippery profile of past
models while bringing in sharper accents, deeper body sculpting, and a more rakish
profile.
All fourth generation models are marked by sleek headlamp assemblies, a narrow
upper grille, and a large lower grille opening, the latter honed in by deep
embrasures. From the sides, a sloping roof line, a rising belt line and deep sculpting
along the rocker panel is evident.
At the rear, the Prius liftgate is split by a rear spoiler. Dramatic combination lamps
mimic the style of the headlamps; pronounced body sculpting is also evident.
Inside, the cabin features bucket seats up front and a 60 40 split folding bench seat
with a center arm rest in the second row. The Toyota Prius has digital instrumentation
and color display featuring such hybrid information as an energy monitor, eco
savings record, and a drive monitor.
Summary Of Babylon And The Eyes Of The Lord Will Not...
1 2: Babylon, who had led the world astray is put to trial, stands guilty before God, a
testament for those men apart from God. The woman s alluring and seductive nature
is emphasized as she temps and leads the men of God astray into her evil and
idolatrous clutches. The harlots of the ancient world offered their bodies and sexual
services for payment, enhancing the view that Babylon is a great prostitute who
engages with the kings of the earth. Nahum 3:4 and Isaiah 23:17 both allude to a city
committing fornication with [the] nations,. which then leads to divine judgment,
emphasizing that this woman s great and abhorrent sin in the eyes of the Lord will

name Babylon the Great is a direct reference from Daniel 4:30, which marks the

of this woman s name refers to Nebuchadnezzar dream in Daniel 4:9 where he is

may signify that the harlot s name is not open and obvious to all, and that the name
itself may not be understood by the people of the time. The word mystery here may
be a part of the harlot s name, but more likely it is meant to bring out the significance
of what follows, a proper transition that brings out the meaning of the name. The

Venice, a sickly red headed baby boy was born to Camilla and Giovanni Vivaldi.
Antonio Vivaldi was delivered at home by a mid wife on March 4, 1678, in the
middle of an earthquake. Little Antonio struggled to breathe and was not expected
to live. Asking God to spare her son, Camilla vowed that Antonio would grow up to
be a priest. Had Vivaldi died that day, the world would have missed out on one of the
life s greatest composers. Antonio Vivaldi loved musicas a child, worked as a music
teacher, and composed many wonderful works of baroque music. Being a sickly
child, Antonio did not run and play outside like other children. Antonio said his
chest felt tight whenever he ran around. The weakness in his chest was probably
asthma. Since his father was a violinist, Vivaldi would listen to him practice at
home in his studio. From an early age, Vivaldi loved music. When he was four years
old, his father bought him his first violin and began to teach Antonio to play. He
learned quickly. Antonio s father was a musician at the church of San Marco. One
day Giovanni Vivaldi asked the conductor at San Marco if Antonio could play along
with the orchestra. When the music ended, the conductor praised... Show more

These were two things he enjoyed most in life. Often the pieces of music he
composed were for the girls in the orphanage. Some girls played instruments and
others sang in the choir. Several of the girls became well known musicians in
Venice. Vivaldi wrote baroque music that was full of life, energy, and freshness. One
of Vivaldi s most famous works was his masterpiece called The Four Seasons. In his
lifetime, Vivaldi wrote over 500 concertos. He also wrote 73 sonatas, 46 operas, and
many pieces of sacred music. Many of these works were performed by the girls at

Final Paper
Preface
After this semester s study of entrepreneurship, I have grasped some basic
knowledge of different types of startups, different contexts, and different roles. Also,
I really want to do my own startup in order to put the knowledge I learned into
practice, and get some practical experience of starting and operating a business. Thus,
I write this paper to analyze which type of startup, context, and role is more suitable
to my business.
Types
I want to do a business of financial consultation service for microВІ and micro
businessemen.
MicroВІ is a kind of business that was created by people who are self employed.
MicroВІ usually is not creative, in which means I just have to follow some
traditional business mode, that is not risky and low cost, of the field I want to do.
What I need to do is to find a good place where customers have a big enough
demand of my product or service and ensure my business is competitive enough in
that area. Besides, the most common way for MicroВІ to advertise their business is to
use the word of mouth and some inexpensive flyers or advertisements in newspaper
etc.. However, I do not think my financial service business fits into MicroВІ, since
my rough plan is to start my financial service around 10 Speare Place, and there are
14,196 finance companies in this area, which is not a big number compared to other
fields, such as real estate and technical service. In addition, individual proprietorships
Blood Transfusions and Disease Essay
Blood Safety in the Age of AIDS reflects upon the history of blood transfusions, the
advancement in performing clean (disease free) transfusions, and, specifically, the
appearance of and efforts to prevent the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome
(AIDS) virus in blood donations. The AIDS epidemic hitting the bloodbanks is not
only examined as an urgent problem in its own right, but also as a warning to both
doctors and patients who regularly or spontaneously require blood transfusions. This
warning indicates that the idea of new diseases and epidemics are still a possibility
despite medical and conditional advances through history and that additional
measures should be researched in the effort to make blood transfusions less risky. The

However, come the 1980s, the world was struck by an unfamiliar threat that disabled
the immune systems of its victims and left them open to infection and eventual
death. The medical community began to discover this epidemic in 1981 after
observing a large volume of Kaposi s sarcoma and pneumonia cases arose in
(otherwise healthy) homosexual males. A mere year later, the disease was dubbed
acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and was found present in hemophiliac
patients who had been treated with antihemophilic factor (which was extracted
from donated plasma and served to promote proper blood clotting). This indicated
the transmission of AIDS through blood and blood components donated by those
in which the AIDS virus was already present. A sudden urgency to learn more about
this disease arose as the frequency of cases continued to grow. Due to the time
sensitive need to research this disease, Congress increased the budget for AIDS
research to $21 million in 1983 (up 700% from the 1982 budget). Blood banks made
it a priority to figure out how to screen for AIDS in donors and prevent the virus from
infecting patients receiving blood and blood components. Initial suggestions on how
to achieve this included inquiring about donors sexual habits and analyzing donation
samples through surrogate tests, which sought indication not of the AIDS virus itself
in the blood but of a component associated with the AIDS virus. One of such

Climate Change in Peru Essay
Peru is a nation composed of heterogeneous ecosystems including the coastline of the
Pacific Ocean, deserts, the Andes Mountains including the glacial regions, and the
second largest portion of the Amazon Forest Basin (US AID, 2011). Its heterogeneity
creates such a dire situation for Peru in terms of climate changeand the effects it has
on each individual system as well as the effects on wildlife and human occupants that
live in these regions. In Peru, the climate changes that have been taking place have
led to several disastrous outcomes that include not only draught, but have also led to
depletion of the Amazon Rain Forest, an increase in disease, extreme temperature
changes, glacial ablation, extreme weather, and changes in the... Show more content

Cirilo Quispe Latorre, the mayor of Cachimayo district recalls how the climate has
change just since he was younger: The rains used to start in October, and we
would plant broad beans, wheat, and potatoes. Now the rains begin around mid
December, and we lose more than a month and a half of growing time. (Hufstader,
2009). Latorre goes on to say that the rains, which once ended in April now end in
March. This significantly diminishes the amount of time that farmers have to
produce crops which in turn has led to decreases in the output of crops in the last
twelve years (Hufstader, 2009). However, according to the USAID report on Peru,
annual rainfall percentages have not changed drastically over the last 40 years.
There has been an increase in the coastal regions and highlands (where most of
farming takes place), a decrease in the jungle areas, and little change anywhere else
(US AID, 2011).What has changed though, is the extent of the drought periods which
cannot be alleviated by the intense periods of rain (US AID, 2011). This issue could
be helped in the long term by utilizing more advanced irrigation methods that could
store water during the intense rains to help alleviate some of the burden of the long
droughts.
One of the most significant effects of climate change in the region has been the
devastating effects of the melting glaciers. These glaciers often provide an extra
source of water for farming regions, storing water in the rainy season and

Language Is The Primary Form Of Communication For

Introduction:
Language can play many different roles in our day to day life. It s a means of
communication and a way of expressing our needs, wants, feelings and emotions.
The purpose of this essay is to firstly highlight the important role language plays in
every stage of a child s life, while also examining the learning processes and cues that
are used by children to understand written, oral and visual language. Secondly,
discuss what it means for a child to be multiliterate in today s society as technology
continues to increase. And lastly how language arises from cultural and social
contexts, and is understood by people in terms of their own social and cultural
backgrounds (Green, 2006). Gestural:
Language is the primary form of communication for the human race and can be both
seen and heard and can incorporate a range of modes including music, movement,
dance, story telling, visual arts, media and drama, as well as talking, listening,
viewing, reading and writing (EYLF, 2009). While oral and written languages are
the most common amongst people, meaning can also be conveyed through visual
forms such as gestures, posture, facial expression, eye contact and movement. When
people are not able to communicate properly and pick up on these important signals
they are significantly disadvantaged in many ways (Fellowes, Oakley, Ivonne, 2014).
Sign language is a perfect example of language that can be seen and not heard as it s
a form of communication through which people
Music And Film Music In The 1930 s
Music is an essential component of film music because it introduces the mood and it
helps create the atmosphere. However, the music often gets overlooked because
viewers pay more attention to what s happening on screen, such as visual images and
dialogue. Film music continues to expand and become even more advanced. The
golden age of film/film musicwere the late 1930 s. Although music is used to express
emotions of a scene, such as the current emotional state of a character, music
sometimes doesn t have to match with what s happening on screen. Moreover, music
can be used to contradict the current scene to achieve irony. Musical instruments can
also help set the time and period. Diverse folk instruments create an antique character

Correctional Facilities in The United States Essay
Throughout United States correctional history, it has been heavily debated as to
whether or not prisons have positive effects on inmates and society. Today, many
prisons attempt to have a positive impact on the lives of the inmates, while giving
society the satisfaction on punishing criminals. The correctional system achieves this
goal through the use of four techniques. The four techniques used by the correctional
system include rehabilitation, deterrence, incapacitation, and retribution. These four
methods work individually as well as collectively to produce felons who can be
productive citizens of society. Firstly, one main, effective method used by
correctional facilities today is rehabilitation. Prisons aim of rehabilitation is to... Show

education, or a trade, because I don t want to come back to prison. (Cei) This show
the positive effects of such programs will give this inmate a chance to be
productive in society. Correctional facilities use a wide range of programs to
effectively rehabilitate inmates. There are two categories for correctional programs,
one category is habilitative services, and the other is treatment programs.
Habilitative services aim to teach inmates basic skills needed for a productive life in
society. These skills include education classes on reading and writing, vocational
training, religious programs, and life skill development. Education programs are the
most effective in prison because they help reduce recidivism by encouraging self
discipline, and promoting a sense of investment that discourages criminality. Also,
recidivism is reduced through academic programs by increasing an offender s post
release earnings and job security. (Quinn 249) All federal prisons, and 91% of
states prisons offer educational programs. This is significant because having the

Language Should be Regulated in Books
Quotes about books and their importance to the society are many, and one can never
imagine that the same books have content that should not reach a certain public.
Martin Luther King once said that if one needed to change the world, the only thing
they had to do is to pick a pen and write. Why then would language become such a
huge issue when writing books? Like movies, some books require parental guidance
because their sexual, political, socio cultural, and legal content should not reach a
certain audience. Ethical and legal issues apply when governments or institutions
decide to regulate the language contained in books. This paper is based on findings

However, not all books need buyers since some authors or activists often write books
just to create awareness about something. Out of Africa is a book written in the 90s
that covers the experience of an author in the Ebola stricken Congo. Besides
educating people about Ebola, the book had very entertaining information, but
profiling Congo out of other countries had a significant impact on the sale of the
book in the West African region. Issues of racial profiling and discrimination of the
black continent arose, and it was difficult for the author to defend her position only
saying that she reported facts through a book (Dettori and Persico 82). As an
expression of art, the book needed acceptance, but some publics could not accept it
because they felt that it ethically violated their principles. Books that many authors
distribute free include the ones that discuss environmental concerns, disease break
outs, and technological advancements. Ethical concerns remain prevalent, especially
in books today because of their availability in electronic content through online
retailers such as Amazon. Critics of the online bookstore blame it for promoting the
sale of books with pornographic content, socio cultural profiling, and political issues
such as Wikileaks. As such, the ethical context is an important aspect of the
discussion and is one reason language should be censored.

Variation and Its Causes
Variation The divergence in a set of numbers in a given data range is referred to as
variation. It has common measures including variance, standard deviation and inter
quartile range that are used in measuring variation among a set of data. Causes of
variation In research data analysis, evidence suggests that the main cause of data
variation is measurement error, especially f the instruments used are not
guaranteed to provide accurate results (Jianqing, 1991). Nonetheless, chances of
errors may occur during data interpretation, recording and, or when reporting the
results. These are accredited to false assumptions that the measured quantity is
stable and that the variation are based on observational errors. Patterns of Variation
There are various patterns representative of variation. However, a bell shaped
curve is the most widely used variation pattern and is considered the normal curve.
In this curve, the highest point is indicative of the most probable occurrence. The
other curve pattern is bi modal curve, which is dual peaked. This pattern easily
identifies a process with a special cause of variation and, which has undergone
some changes. Variation pattern can also take the form of a skewed curve that
resembles a normal curve forced to lie on its sides. This is primarily a representation
of data that is not identical on both sides. Understanding Variation Variation is all
around people. There are variations in the ability to undertake functions; ways of

Learning is a social process that we gather through interaction with others in our

our personalities from our environment, imitation, and behavior. Personality

What Is Normal
Do you think you are normal when you feel sad? Today, doctors will give people
drugs to fix their moods and label people with different fancy names like Depression
and Hyperactivity Disorder. People who are labeled with these kind of names might
be considered as abnormal because they have unusual characteristics from the
majority. People also label the minority as abnormal. Therefore, some people want to
be fit into the category of normal. They start doing what the majority does and they
try to maintain their emotions in a certain level. They think they are normal, but they
are not. They somehow misunderstand the true meaning of what is normal. What is
normal should not be determined by the majority, and it is not depend on people s

Today, social medias give tremendous impacts to everyone. What people usually
see on the TV, internet, or surrounding would influence their concepts of normality.
For example, a person who is still using an old fashioned cell phone might be
considered as abnormal, because the majority of people is using the latest
smartphones. It is important for people to know they are normal or not, because
most of the people are feeling happy that they are normal. However, the definition
of being normal has indirectly manipulated by the majority. As long as people
follow what the majority does, they are parts of the majority and will not be
abnormal at all. However, that is not the meaning of normal but merely a part of
the definition of norms, following what most of the people do. If the normality is
determined by the majority, same sex marriage will never be accepted by the
society. This is a very good evidence that shows what is normal is not determined
by the majority. In What Do We Mean by Normal ? , Maisel also tells us that
normal is not what people perceive all the time or what people perceive the most of.
He clearly states that normal means anything of value to right thinking people
(Maisel 1). In other words, what is normal is not depending on what the majority
does. People should not blindly define normal as what the majority thinks or acts,
because normal is not determined by the majority. It is determined by people who
have the right

Francois Boucher painted The Toilet of Venus. This painting was custom made for
Madame de Pompadour as part of the decoration for her cabinet de toilette at the
Chateau de Bellevue, which was one of the residences she shared with King Louis

goddess of Love. The flowers allude to her role as patroness of gardens and the
pearls reflect her mysterious birth from the sea. Francois made the painting during the

Although surfaces like linoleum, wooden panel, paper, slate, pressed wood, and
cardboard have been used, the most popular surface since the 16th century has been
canvas, although many artists used panel through the 17th century and beyond. Panel
is more expensive, heavier, harder to transport, and prone to warp or split in poor
conditions. For fine detail, however, the absolute solidity of a wooden panel gives an
advantage.
The artist might sketch an outline of their subject prior to applying pigment to the
surface. Pigment may be any number of natural substances with color, such as
sulphur for yellow or cobalt for blue. The pigment is mixed with oil, usually linseed
oil but other oils may be used as well. The various oils dry differently, creating
assorted effects.
Traditionally, artists mixed their own paints from raw pigments they often ground
themselves and medium. This made portability difficult and kept most painting
activities confined to the studio. This changed in the late 1800s, when oil paint in
tubes became widely available. Artists could mix colors quickly and easily, which
enabled, for the first time, relatively convenient plein air (outdoor) painting (a
common approach in French Impressionism).
The artist most often uses a brush to apply the paint. Brushes are made from a
variety of fibers to create different effects.

Impact of NAFTA on US Trade and Economy
Abstract The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) has boosted the US
economy growth by introducing free trade with Mexico and Canada. Since, after the
implementation of NAFTA in 1994, US have experienced several favourable
outcomes. The imports and exports of agricultural goods, electronic equipment,
machinery, automobiles, drugs, oil and minerals have been increased among the
NAFTA countries thus giving rise to total profits. The agreement has also
contributed in eliminating the unemployment in United States and has controlled
inflation rates. NAFTA bloc has also created number of job opportunities in the
country. Moreover, the consumer prices have been decreased and income levels of
US citizens have been raised due to reduced tariffs and taxes. This paper will discuss
the facts and figures since 1993 and show how United States has achieved benefits
with NAFTA agreement. Introduction The North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA) is an international agreement between Canada, America and Mexico. This
agreement took effect in January 1994 and was signed by President Bill Clinton. This
agreement brought great changes in trade volumes and open new opportunities for
millions of labours. Later, in January 2008 according to the schedule all duties and
restrictions were eliminated. About 45,000 tariffs were eliminated in 1994 and only
3000 were left until 1999. NAFTA implementation was highly supported by majority

The Treatment Of The Breast Mound
Introduction
The breast mound is located between the 2nd and 6th ribs on top of the pectoralis
major muscle and begins at the lateral edge of the sternum. Exteriorly, the breast is
covered by a layer of skin that has a protruding structure in the center called a nipple.
The nipple has several sebaceous glands and is bordered by a darkened circle called
the areola. Interiorly, the breast is made up of mammary glands which are present in
both males and female breasts, but women have the ability to produce milk while
men do not. The mammary glands are made up of lobes ranging in number from
15 25. These lobes are made up of lobules that contain glandular alveoli which
produces milk in females. Within the lobes is a duct called the lactiferous duct that
collects the milk produced by the lobules and carries it to an opening in the nipple.
All of these structures that make up the mammary glands are surrounded completely
by a layer of superficial fascia. Finally, the breast is supplied with blood by the
superior thoracic, acromiothoracic, and subscapular arteries and contain about 20 30
lymph nodes. (textbook)
Pathophysiology
The most common types of cancer are ductal carcinoma in situ, invasive ductal
carcinoma, and invasive lobar carcinoma. Ductal carcinoma in situ occurs when the
cancer cells are only seen in the epithelial cells that surround the lactiferous ducts.
Invasive ductal carcinoma occurs when the cancerous cells enter the breast ducts and

The Intruder AnalysisEssay
In Andre Dubus s short story The Intruder , Dubus tells a story of a young boy
losing his innocence to protect his sister s, while struggling to find his place
between boyhood and manhood. The young boy, who is named Kenneth, can be
associated with many biblical allusions concerning the scenarios he is put in. In The
Intruder , Kenneth s relationship with Connie is being intruded on and he must
protect it with his gun, the only symbol of manliness and power he has. In some
ways, Kenneth can be portrayed as a Christ figure because of his sacrificefor his sister

Douglas does not find Kenneth threatening in any way even when Kenneth shows
him his gun: Whatcha got there? . Twenty two. Let s see. Better dry it. He briskly
wiped it with a dry cloth and handed it to Douglas. Quickly Douglas worked the
bolt, aimed at the ceiling, and pulled the trigger. Nice trigger, he said. He held in
front of his waist and looked at it then gave it to Kenneth. (Dubus 223 224)
Douglas is accepted by the family and Kenneth is the only one left between Douglas
and Connie, like David was the only one brave enough to fight Goliath. Kenneth can
also be portrayed as Moses leading people to safety because he does with Connie

dealership, and Chris followed suit. He worked at a Ford dealership; then shortly
was recruited to run a Cadillac store. From there, he was once again pursued open
and own his own Infiniti dealership. Pretty much, we love nice luxurious cars!
As I stated in our very 1st meeting, I NEVER want anyone to be that person that is
simply nodding along and having absolutely no idea what is going on and all kinds
of confused, I want to start with the basics of BMW and then dive into why they are
so successful. I think we all can
The Effects Of Inequality On Sex Roles In Society
In its early years socialization theory was use by Talcott Parsons (1942) to explain
how early childhood behaviors are shaped to fit the sex roles later expect from
them by society. These masculine and feminine roles and tasks are put in place to
accomplish all market, non market and forced work. However, I question if other
social statuses ascribed to members of a society can be modified or even eliminate
the expected portrayal of these sex roles . Coined by Kimberle Crenshaw (1993),
intersectionality is the way in which multiple forms of inequality intersect; such as
race, class, gendersexuality and disability. It is my belief that we best see the effects
of intersectionality on sex roles in institutions of home, work and school.
Within my lifetime, I have unconsciously subscribed to the roles considered natural
of my gender but my culture (urbanity) and ethnicity (African American) has allowed
me to break or reshape how I efficiently do gender. Equating characteristics of my
femininity are thought to be physical attractiveness and nurturing. Due to my
affiliation with both a minority culture and ethnicity I fall into a structure of society,
which is often oppressed through the embossment of society s dominant group
privileging their own interests. Through cognitive development theory in the home,
school and work I took part in active roles to develop my gender identity. It was
superiors and caretakers who behaviors gave me competency of my femininity with
Joseph Bonanno Research Paper
The Greatness of the Bonanno Family In 1908, Joseph Bonanno with his large
family from Castellammarese del Golfo, Italy moved into a large Sicilian
neighborhood in Brooklyn. The Family of six, was introduced to cosa nostra
otherwise known as the Mafia as soon as their father began his own business and
became a man of influence. Troubles did occur, as tension between other families
rose threatening their safety which forced them to move back to Italy. Later on in
the years, after returning to Italy. Joseph s father was drafted into World War I and
was injured causing him to die soon after. Throughout joe s teen years, he dreamed of
becoming a sailor and thought to go learn the life. He then attended Joeni Trabia
Nautical Institute in Palermo, where he became an... Show more content on

In 1931, Joseph Bonanno married Fay Labruzzo, and one year later had their first
child Salvatore Bill Bonanno. Now as the Family was progressing, as should the
business be progressing as well. Therefore, the action plan was to spread throughout
to Canada and that is where Carmine Galante current underboss took over. The then
Montreal Mafia Boss Vincent Contrini, spoke of involving the idea of
drugtrafficking into the Bonanno business. Along with many other bosses, that may
or many not have been opposed of the idea as many of them were already apart of
this money making ordeal such as the Luciano Family and the Managano Family. It
became aware to the government, due to the many bosses that were coming from all
around to get together in Apalachin, New York. The story became nationwide after
many agents from the FBI caught the mobsters red handed, after having to chase
them through the woods. As many of them were arrested, but none were found guilty
for any crimes. The FBI would then keep an eye out, as it was harder for meetings to
be arranged from that point
Meriwether Lewis s Suicide
Meriwether Lewis played a vital role in finding Louisiana. He went through a life
threatening journey with William Clark, but it payed off. He became the governor of
Louisiana, promoted by Jefferson. But, on October 11th, 1809, Lewis was
gruesomely murdered at the Grinder Inn. His murder has been ruled a suicidefor
decades, but as more people investigate this case, it s evident that suicide is not what
happened.
It s impossible Meriwether Lewis would have killed himself. According to the
investigation by the medical examiner (exhibit B), there were two shots taken that
ended Lewis life. One shot was to the back of his head. The bullet got lodged in his
brain and caused part of his skull to come off. The second gun shot was a shot to the

Priscilla Grinder was the only witness to Lewis murder. Priscilla was questioned
three times, and each time her story changed. According to exhibit C, in the first
account Priscilla stated the alleged suicide had taken place at 3 am. She said there
were two gun shots and Lewis servants had come into his room. Then, Lewis had
asked for water. In the second account, the two gun shots were heard at dusk. She
stated Lewis lived for TWO HOURS after the shots were fired. In the final account,
Priscilla said men had come and called for lodging. Lewis had challenged the men
to a duel, but the men declined and continued down to the next house which was
five miles away. Later, there were three gun shots fired at two or three hours before
day. Lewis allegedly knocked on Ms. Grinders door, but she did not answer.
Looking through a crack in the wall, she reported Lewis was crawling across the
street on his hands and knees. As seen in exhibit B, it would ve been impossible for
Lewis to survive for long after these shots were taken. Crawling across the street,
living for two more hours after the shots, or simply asking for water wouldn t have
happened. Her accounts changed drastically three times, not one story being like the
last. Her stories are inconsistent, and overall, simply

Other domestic violence accounts that we would include involve players such as: Ray McDonald (San Francisco), Greg Hardy (Carolina), A. J. At first, he blames the Eloi, but he finds another race of disgusting humanoids that live underground and feast upon the Eloicalled the Morlocks. He theorizes that the Eloi were a part of the upper class while the Morlocks were the working class, and they split after years of separation. The Time Traveller saves one of the Eloi named Weena from drowning and she becomes his companion, but she later dies while the Time Traveller is fighting off the Morlocks. After fighting off the Morlocks with fire and a mace, he gets his time machine back, and travels back home. During the Time Traveller s journey, he experiences many emotions that Wells makes clear to the reader through the use of tone. Hope, science, and disappointment are all common tones that Wells uses to influence the reader s emotions at different times in the story. Wells uses the tone of hope to show that the time traveller sympathizes with the Eloi and to motivate himself to get his time machine back. The Time Traveller sees that even though they are not intelligent, some traits of humanity are not gone from the Eloi. The Time Traveller says And I have by me, for my comfort, two strange white flowers shriveled now, and brown and flat and

High Stakes Testing And Statewide Standards High stakes testing and statewide standards The Department of Education concludes that high stakes testing and statewide standards puts too strain on both the teacher and student. Multiple studies show evidence of miscalculation of scores, teachers being blamed for low test score, and too much time spent on preparation for the tests. The purpose of this policy brief is to elaborate on the non beneficial components of high stakes testingand statewide standards. The medical community began to discover this epidemic in 1981 after observing a large volume of Kaposi s sarcoma and pneumonia cases arose in (otherwise healthy) homosexual males. A mere year later, the disease was dubbed acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and was found present in hemophiliac patients who had been treated with antihemophilic factor (which was extracted from donated plasma and served to promote proper blood clotting). This indicated the transmission of AIDS through blood and blood components donated by those in which the AIDS virus was already present. A sudden urgency to learn more about this disease arose as the frequency of cases continued to grow. Due to the time sensitive need to research this disease, Congress increased the budget for AIDS research to $21 million in 1983 (up 700% from the 1982 budget). Blood banks made it a priority to figure out how to screen for AIDS in donors and prevent the virus from infecting patients receiving blood and blood components. Initial suggestions on how to achieve this included inquiring about donors sexual habits and analyzing donation samples through surrogate tests, which sought indication not of the AIDS virus itself in the blood but of a component associated with the AIDS virus. Now the rains begin around mid December, and we lose more than a month and a half of growing time. (Hufstader, 2009). Latorre goes on to say that the rains, which once ended in April now end in March. This significantly diminishes the amount of time that farmers have to produce crops which in turn has led to decreases in the output of crops in the last twelve years (Hufstader, 2009). However, according to the USAID report on Peru, annual rainfall percentages have not changed drastically over the last 40 years. There has been an increase in the coastal regions and highlands (where most of farming takes place), a decrease in the jungle areas, and little change anywhere else (US AID, 2011).What has changed though, is the extent of the drought periods which cannot be alleviated by the intense periods of rain (US AID, 2011). This issue could be helped in the long term by utilizing more advanced irrigation methods that could store water during the intense rains to help alleviate some of the burden of the long droughts. One of the most significant effects of climate change in the region has been the devastating effects of the melting glaciers. These glaciers often provide an extra source of water for farming regions, storing water in the rainy season and

It s a means of communication and a way of expressing our needs, wants, feelings and emotions. The purpose of this essay is to firstly highlight the important role language plays in every stage of a child s life, while also examining the learning processes and cues that are used by children to understand written, oral and visual language. Secondly, discuss what it means for a child to be multiliterate in today s society as technology continues to increase. And lastly how language arises from cultural and social contexts, and is understood by people in terms of their own social and cultural backgrounds (Green, 2006). It has common measures including variance, standard deviation and inter quartile range that are used in measuring variation among a set of data. Causes of variation In research data analysis, evidence suggests that the main cause of data variation is measurement error, especially f the instruments used are not guaranteed to provide accurate results (Jianqing, 1991). Nonetheless, chances of errors may occur during data interpretation, recording and, or when reporting the results. These are accredited to false assumptions that the measured quantity is stable and that the variation are based on observational errors. The nipple has several sebaceous glands and is bordered by a darkened circle called the areola. Interiorly, the breast is made up of mammary glands which are present in both males and female breasts, but women have the ability to produce milk while men do not. The mammary glands are made up of lobes ranging in number from 15 25. These lobes are made up of lobules that contain glandular alveoli which produces milk in females. Within the lobes is a duct called the lactiferous duct that collects the milk produced by the lobules and carries it to an opening in the nipple.
