Top ten Tips for magazine adverts
1. Find out what the ages of the audiencebefore even
coming up with the advert to get the design and text
would be like.
2. When making an advert for younger or older audiences
you have to get their attentionby choosing the colours
for example for younger audienceuse pink yellow and
blue and for older audienceyou can use black and
brown to catch their eyes.
3. Always have a brand name and a logo.
4. Try and have a clear company and a catchy slogan for
irony.
5. Be wise and pick images because the audienceneed
something they want to stop and look at because no
one wants to read a magazine that is dull and has too
much written involved.
6. Logo are there for to make the audiencethink of that
brand and know what you are talking about
7. Always use the space because the audiencewill look and
get distracted.
8. Make the font size respectable because the smaller the
font size the more the audience start too struggle and
their eyes start to hurt and they won’t read it.
9. Add a call action to let your audienceget in touch with
you to let them know about yourproduct so they can
buy it.
10. Give the audiencesomething in return like a
giveaway to get them interested to read and buy your
product.
 this is an example of a bad
magazine because they thought by talking about doctor
who and the colourwas smart but it backed fire.

  • 1. Top ten Tips for magazine adverts 1. Find out what the ages of the audiencebefore even coming up with the advert to get the design and text would be like. 2. When making an advert for younger or older audiences you have to get their attentionby choosing the colours for example for younger audienceuse pink yellow and blue and for older audienceyou can use black and brown to catch their eyes. 3. Always have a brand name and a logo. 4. Try and have a clear company and a catchy slogan for irony. 5. Be wise and pick images because the audienceneed something they want to stop and look at because no one wants to read a magazine that is dull and has too much written involved. 6. Logo are there for to make the audiencethink of that brand and know what you are talking about 7. Always use the space because the audiencewill look and get distracted. 8. Make the font size respectable because the smaller the font size the more the audience start too struggle and their eyes start to hurt and they won’t read it. 9.
