UG Development at Oyu Tolgoi Mongolia, Herewith I would like to submit application and can be
considered as one of those candidates for the company.
As written on my CV, I am 52 years old and graduated from University of Sriwijaya in Indonesia for
Bachelor degree in 1988. My major is Mining Engineering studies with GPA 3.56 (of scale 4). Another
education that I had is Project Management Professional from PMInstitute, California USA in 2004.
I have been 28 years working experience at several Underground Block Cave Mines at PT. Freeport
Indonesia,started work asMine EngineerTraineein1988until now as General Superintendent,expertise
in U/G Development,Pre-Production,Caving& Repair. In my career I have workingexperience bothof
Engineering & Operational jobs.
My current job responsibilities are to direct, manage and control safely, costly & quality manner in
Underground Development operation work; such as mass excavation, drifting, caving, draw belling,
ground support & excavation rehabilitationworks. Inmy organization,I have 33 (thirty) staff,consistof
ShiftSuperintendent,General Foreman,Foremen and300 hourlyworkers. Several certified trainingand
courses I had which needed for this position. Furthermore, more than ten roles and responsibilityas
working experience I ever managed (as written on my CV).
Not onlyprofessional experiences,butalsoorganizational andvolunteeringexperiencesIhad. First is to
trainanddeveloplocal employee tobe professionalminerandgave some MiningEducationTrainingsuch
us; Underground Safety, Excavation, Repair Work, Ventilation, Blasting Practical Method to the
employees.
I am able to work under pressure, good team-working,outgoing, hard-working and proactive person.I
have excellent oral and written English language and accustomed to communicate with expat. About
computer skills I am used to working with Microsoft office, Project Management, PCBC (Block Caving
software), Mine MWP Scheduling, VNETPC Ventilation software and Vulcan UG Mine Planning.
