How I made a questionnaire in Word

2. Fonts:
I changed the font and size of the writing using the shortcut (CTRL + Shift + F) in order
to be more efficient. I did this in order to make certain areas stand out or other less
obvious. For example I underlined and increased the font size of the title as well as using
an italic font.

3. Numbering:
I numbered the questions in order for it to be easier to read and look at. I did so by
clicking the numbering tool at the top of the Home tab.

4. Tick Boxes:
The questionnaire required tick boxes to inform me of their opinions therefore I used the
symbol tool and selected a box as this is the most typical and likely option on a
questionnaire.

5. Fonts:
In order for the options to stand out I decided to make them bold using the shortcut
(CTRL +B) after highlighting the necessary words.
