  3. Problem Setting: There has been Public and private effort in Europe on BT, however this seems insufficent and only partially effective, and the result is a patchy landscape. Why is it so?

  13. Focusing on Business ownership transfer is like focusing on a highway bridge without taking into account the ramps to it: before we need to … and after …. Other wise the bridge cannot float in the air and will collapse. In order to do so, we need to CLICK
