Problem Statement: Priority vs Focus
• Even after spending 10 – 14 hours per day for Office, Customer Meetings,
Phone Calls, we face use these statements very frequently:
• I was too busy, couldn’t get time to reply (Time required: 15 min.)
• I was too busy, couldn’t follow up with Partner (Time required: 5 min.)
• I couldn’t get time to meet Customer since last 1 month due to my hectic schedule..
(Though I have visited the nearby location 3 times last month)
