2. Introduction:-
• Short Tour Program is basically one or two
days program.
• It is conducted by college for visiting of
factory, socialization tour, picnic program,
etc.
Objective:-
• To understand the basic concept about the
business environment and to develop
interpersonal relationship

3. Things required:- Before going to tour student have to prepare
the following things
1. Student should have to arrange money in more
amount for food and other purpose. College will
only provide bus.
2. Keep your student id card of college with you. If
you don’t have make it.
3. Arrange medicine who have vomiting problem,
headache problem and diarrhea problem.
4. Arrange camera to take pic.
5. Please make 5-6 person (group), since for industry
visit you have to make report in group. Group
distribution might be in Roll no basis.

4. About Industry Visit
• When students have gone to visit industry, please do
Namaste, Namaskar (greetings) to the factory’s
employee and employer.
• Please speak polite.
• Please maintain discipline and ask the necessary
question. While asking question please do not ask
more question regarding company financial position.
It have been seen company hides some secret
things.
• If we visited industry students have to make report
of the visited Industry. Report should be near about
10-20 pages.

5. Contains of Report
• Introduction of company:- Name of company, shareholder
name, name of place located, etc
• Financial Position : Investment, loan, profit loss.
(Whatever provided by factory).
• Marketing:- sales/ marketing trends, distribution channels,
promotional aspects, Customers of company, logistic
management.
• Human Resource:-Total employee, male- female,
compensation facility( direct and indirect)
• SWOT analysis of company
• Problem to the company:-
• Suggestion to the company
• Keep at list 4 picture at last page of report

6. About Picnic
• Please arrange necessary money.
• Make 3-4 group, each contain 6-7 students,. Divide
the work into group like purchase, bus management,
food management, etc.
• Keep all the bill safely. Alcoholism and other non
eatable things are strictly banned in tour.
• Please arrange food items properly. For veg people
please arrange veg items and for non veg people
arrange non veg items.
• Please speak in very soft or polite language with your sir
and other bus staff also.

7. • Please arrange four multi plug so that you can
charge mobile phone or camera in the middle.
• Please arrange pen drive, data card and keep
different songs in different pen drive. For eg if
you like classic song keep in one , if you like hard
rocking keep in other and English in other pen
drive and so on.
• If there is TV in bus you can also take movie to
see in the middle.
