LAND USE LAND COVER AND NDVI OF MIRZAPUR DISTRICT, UPRAHUL
This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
help of Advanced technologies like Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems is
crucial for coordinated efforts across different administrative levels. Advanced technologies like
Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems

Changes in vegetation cover refer to variations in the distribution, composition, and overall
structure of plant communities across different temporal and spatial scales. These changes can
occur natural.

THE BEGINNING
Reason for choosing the report
Along with the development of the world economy, the economy of Vietnam
also has significant developments in recent years. Developing economies plus the
successful application of scientific and technical progress in the world, has helped
increase labor productivity, income, living standards of the people increasingly
improved, the increasing of the level of literacy. The life of people is more stable,
they will demand towards higher levels, and the need of travel is an inevitable thing.
In Vietnam, during the renovation period, tourism has been confirmed as "An
important economic sector in strategy of economic and social development of the
country" (Resolution 45 / CP dated 06/22/2009).
Therefore, according to the rise of regional tourism and world tourism,
Vietnam has moved to a new stage, the stage of growth and integration. 2012 also
marked a shift in strong and successful development of the tourism industry. The
growth of tourism is considered as one of the 10 most prominent events of the
country. Tourism in our country continues to grow at a high level: if in 2010, we
welcomed 2.1 million international visitors, in 2015 reached 3.4 million, in 2016
reached 5 million and 2013 past 7.5 million. At the same time, the number of
domestic tourists is increasing: in 2000 was 11.2 million, 16.1 million in 2005, 2016
and 2016 28 million to 35 million. In particular, revenues from tourism in recent
years with the rapid growth in 2016 reached 200 trillion, while in 2016 only reached
96 trillion, 30 trillion in 2015 and 2010 only 17 4 trillion. The growth rate of
revenues from tourists is growing faster than the growth rate of tourists, tourism's
contribution to the country's GDP is growing in the context of the economic
situation in the country even more difficult constraints. Tourism industry is also
contributing to employment, social security settlement. By 2016, an estimated 1.7
million people have been working in the tourism sector, of which 550 thousand
direct employees and 1.2 million indirect jobs.
Contributing to the success of the tourism industry of Vietnam, with

contributions from companies in the country in general and the travel companies in
Ho Chi Minh City in particular. Over time internship at Duong Mon Dong Duong
Company Company, I have decided to choose the topic “SOME
RECOMMENDATIONS IMPROVE EFFICIENCY SERVICE BUSINESS FOR
DUONG MON DONG DUONG COMPANY” for my internship report. The reason
I choose this subject is to learn the business operations, the status of the company to
attract customers in the past and offer solutions to attract customers in the future.
Limitation of the topic
This report analyses the operation of the tourist company to understand its
strengths and weaknesses. In addition, I also study the business environment, the
procedures of operating tours and also give some solutions to improve the numbers
of customers of the company. My research only studies about problems related to
elements affecting to attract customers at Duong Mon Dong Duong Company
Researching methods
To implement this topic, I have applied four researching methods. Firstly, I
used the method of researching reality in field research relating to the business
activities and the status of the company to of attracting customers.
Secondly, it was the methods of theoretical studies which researched, learnt
about materials, media and information selectively from selectively sources on the
internet related to the tourism sector. In addition, I also used the method of
summation experience from the study of the business situation and the measures to
attract customers the company has applied. Finally is the method of asking expert’s
opinions, comments from the instructor in order to complete the form and content of
the topic.
