How to Create an Effective Presentation
1. HOW TO MAKE PRESENTATION:-
BY:- KRISHNA RAJ BHATTA
2. To make presentation effective, divide the
presentation in following headings:-
1. Introduction
2. Case analysis
3. Problem in the case
4. Suggestion
5. Question answer
3. Basic things:-
Before making slide please do the following things:-
1. Make attractive slide Use picture, video if you can. It helps
you to get good marks.
2. Write in points
3. Don’t fill the presentation by writing in paragraph or
elaborating points. You have to elaborate by speaking.
4. Be in formal (college dress, hair comb, clean shave, with tye
, black shoes). Don’t use ear ring, top, brash let in hand.
5. Don’t read the slide by seeing on laptop while giving
presentation.
6. Please don’t write on slides those words or line which you
don’t have understand or which you cant explain. Write
only those thing which you can explain.
4. Introduction:-
1. Write about company profile or case introduction. Search from
Google of company profile.
2. You have write about company history, MD name, Its market
share, about its products, where the business are operated , etc.
3. Write it in points. It should be one slide.
4. Only one person will give this part.
Case Analysis:-
1. In this case analysis should be done in details. You can make as
much as slide you can since you have to explain it details.
2. In this case analysis you have to do following this:-
a) What is the case study about explain it.
b) Write about SWOT analysis, and about 4 Ps of marketing .
c) Two students or more will be given this part.
5. Problem in the case:-
1. In this what problem you have found in the case should be explained.
2. Write it in point.
3. One student will give this part.
Suggestion in the case:-
1. Every case there are problems now, When you will found problem than as a
manager you have to provide the suggestion. In this steps please give
suggestion
2. One student will give this part.
Answer question:-
1. If there is question in the case study you have to give answer.
2. If there is no question in the case study also the teacher or observer can ask
you question from the case study or from your slides.
3. For this every presentator should be ready to answer to whom question is
asked.
6. Evaluation Parameters:-
• There is no standard parameter to judge your presentation. It
differs from teacher to teacher. The basic concept is:-

Novelty (any new) like video , picture 7.5

Personal appearance (dress, shaving, etc) 7.5
