2. Dear AIESEC in Poland,
With a huge pleasure, we would like to inform you about results of
autumn’s 2015 recruitment in AIESEC in Poland. As members of
AIESEC we spent a lot of time to prepare to this process. We were
promoting FL for long hours, preparing a lot of assessement sheets,
providing knowledge about this process to LCs and now we should
be proud that we gave an opportunity to many young people who
want to be part of our amazing organization.

for your work and effort during these intense months of
preparation and work.

In recruitment process were engaged mostly from 10 up to 20 people. In 5 Local
Committees were engaged up to 10 members. More than 30 people took part in
processes in 3 LCs.

15 LCs conducted training for assessors and 6 LCs prepared a simulation of
recruitment. There was a webinar for assessors in one Local Committee and in
another one materials were sent via e-mail.

In 12 Local Committees people were allocated after interview. There was pre-
allocation on each step of the process in another 2 LCs. Only in one LC
allocation was done on LCC.

In 8 Local Committees final decision about allocation was done by LCVP TM in
another 3 LCs by Executive Board. Only one Local Committe engaged OCPs in
allocation process.

In autumn recruitment 69% of allocated people are woman, 31% man.
12. One of the LCs allocated more pepople that
was planned. Then after skips there was exact
amount of people in projects. If some projects
there were still too many people that didn’t go
to LCC, TM reallocated them to other areas that
were their second choice.
