Dear AIESEC in Poland,
With a huge pleasure, we would like to inform you about results of
autumn’s 2015 recruitment in AIESEC in Poland. As members of
AIESEC we spent a lot of time to prepare to this process. We were
promoting FL for long hours, preparing a lot of assessement sheets,
providing knowledge about this process to LCs and now we should
be proud that we gave an opportunity to many young people who
want to be part of our amazing organization.
We want to thank all LCVPs TM and every of you that was engaged
for your work and effort during these intense months of
preparation and work.

In recruitment process were engaged mostly from 10 up to 20 people. In 5 Local
Committees were engaged up to 10 members. More than 30 people took part in
processes in 3 LCs.

15 LCs conducted training for assessors and 6 LCs prepared a simulation of
recruitment. There was a webinar for assessors in one Local Committee and in
another one materials were sent via e-mail.

In 12 Local Committees people were allocated after interview. There was pre-
allocation on each step of the process in another 2 LCs. Only in one LC
allocation was done on LCC.

In 8 Local Committees final decision about allocation was done by LCVP TM in
another 3 LCs by Executive Board. Only one Local Committe engaged OCPs in
allocation process.

In autumn recruitment 69% of allocated people are woman, 31% man.
One of the LCs allocated more pepople that
was planned. Then after skips there was exact
amount of people in projects. If some projects
there were still too many people that didn’t go
to LCC, TM reallocated them to other areas that
were their second choice.
How was the gap filled in situation
when you didn’t recruit enough people?
In 7 Local Committees
recruitment process for
returnees was simplified.
Fast tracks were recruited in
8 local committees in general
number of 21 people.

  • 2. Dear AIESEC in Poland, With a huge pleasure, we would like to inform you about results of autumn’s 2015 recruitment in AIESEC in Poland. As members of AIESEC we spent a lot of time to prepare to this process. We were promoting FL for long hours, preparing a lot of assessement sheets, providing knowledge about this process to LCs and now we should be proud that we gave an opportunity to many young people who want to be part of our amazing organization. We want to thank all LCVPs TM and every of you that was engaged for your work and effort during these intense months of preparation and work. We are really proud of you !   • 3. overall results We achieved 94,31 %plans nationally in new members recruitment *all data in this report exclude lc szczecin which didn’t provide needed information.
  • 4. Overall results We had 1526 applications We allocated 778 new members Including 16 returnees 95 TMP-TMP In general we allocated 889 members
  • 5. How many people were engaged in recruitment process? 33,3 % 40 % 6,7 % 20 % 0 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 45 up to 10 from 10 up to 20 from 20 up to 30 more than 30 In recruitment process were engaged mostly from 10 up to 20 people. In 5 Local Committees were engaged up to 10 members. More than 30 people took part in processes in 3 LCs.

How did you prepare lc members to recruitment process? 15 6 1 1 3 0 2 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 Training for assessors Simulation of recruitment Webinar for assessors Only sent materials via e-mail Others 15 LCs conducted training for assessors and 6 LCs prepared a simulation of recruitment. There was a webinar for assessors in one Local Committee and in another one materials were sent via e-mail.

  • 8. Approximately 175 people resigned after filling the application, 240 people resigned after rb and 55 resigned after Group Exercize.

There was pre- allocation on each step of the process in another 2 LCs. Only in one LC allocation was done on LCC.

Only one Local Committe engaged OCPs in allocation process.
  • 11. What percentage of allocated people are women and what man? 69 % 31 % Woman Man In autumn recruitment 69% of allocated people are woman, 31% man.
  • 12. One of the LCs allocated more pepople that was planned. Then after skips there was exact amount of people in projects. If some projects there were still too many people that didn’t go to LCC, TM reallocated them to other areas that were their second choice. How was the gap filled in situation when you didn’t recruit enough people?
  • 13. In 7 Local Committees recruitment process for returnees was simplified.
  • 14. Fast tracks were recruited in 8 local committees in general number of 21 people.
