The Time-Saver Template provides a template to guide web page analysis from beginning to end in 3 main sections: Pre-Analysis, Analysis, and Post Analysis. It is meant to help maximize website effectiveness, reduce analysis time, and make the analyst a team leader. The template provides fields to insert goals, metrics, screenshots, and conclusions. Analysis includes understanding bounce rates and visitor behavior through heatmaps. Post analysis may involve A/B testing and maintaining optimization methods.
Active shooters and risks have been a factor in today's society countless number of times and we would and should teach our staff to react or do things that would save them. But in Health and Safety that seeing factor goes to seeing the HAZARD long before its a hazard.

The Invention of Capitalism - Michael Perelmanberat celik
The Invention of Capitalism is novel in four major respects. First, it
addresses the question of what determines the social division of labor, the
division of society into independent firms and industries from the per-
spective of classical political economy. It also develops the theoretical
implications of primitive accumulation. Third, this book offers a signifi-
cantly different interpretation of classical political economy, demonstrat-
ing that this school of thought supported the process of primitive ac-
cumulation. Finally, it analyzes the role of primitive accumulation in the
work of Marx. All of these threads come together in helping us to under-
stand how modern capitalism developed and the role of classical political
economy in furthering this process.
Beyond the Primary KPI: Leveraging Bad Test Results | Masters of Conversion b...VWO
One of the main concerns of conversion optimization professionals and their clients is the defined KPI (key performance indicator) of the test. If you are exclusively keeping an eye on one data point, it can easily muddle your insight. This can add to frustrations and the team may lose confidence in the process.
There's value in a failed experiment.
This talk by Christopher Nolan of Shipbob will give you an understanding of segregating good and "bad" test results through deeper analysis. He will share practical examples from his years of experience of working previously with Conversion Sciences, BigCommerce, and now Shipbob.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
