This document analyzes the author's time management over two days using a time management matrix. On day 1, the author spent most of their time on urgent and important tasks, but no time on important non-urgent tasks. On day 2, the author shifted to also spend time on important non-urgent tasks. Strengths included making to-do lists and prioritizing hard tasks, while weaknesses were getting distracted and taking too many breaks. The conclusion is the author needs to balance their time across all quadrants each day to avoid piling up work.
