 Coordinate with all daily Restaurant & Banquet operations.
 Achievement of Sales Targets & Profitability through providing excellent and
delightful service to the guest.
 Frequently visited each section of the F&B outlets throughout the day to assure
streamlined activities and proper interdepartmental coordination.
 Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth functioning of the
department and promote teamwork.
 Briefing and debriefing of supervisors on shift to maintain level of discipline and
working ethics and satisfactory well-being.
 Ensure that the team is well informed of department’s objectives and policies.
 Work with internal / external representatives from different departments for
executing the banquets

• Passed B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel administration from IHMCT Trivandrum under
control of NCHMCT, NOIDA (U.P.) & affiliated to IGNOU, New Delhi.
