Cell Pilot Designer- Responsibilities included:
• Served as technical lead within the group to help and assist the other
designers to recognize and resolve the issues. This role had been recognition
by received the Cell Pilot Designer awards
• Provided quality service to our customers by working interactively together
with both internal and external groups, eliminating waste and streamlining
processes. A diligent worker who work hard to ensure that the service is top
notch. Worked well both inside and outside of the team and drove to meet
the objectives set for the team.
• Subject matter expert in Provisioning Controller (PC), BGW, Mecca,
TCOMS, eASR, F&E, COMS, SCOTS, OrderPro, SNM, VDDS and system
issues. Knew well provisioning and circuit design process.
• Mentor other designers as well as other team members in the Cell team to

questions and provided some quick instructional opportunities to the
manager as well so that he understands the process.
• Had attention to detail. Always reviewed and ensured that the information
provided is accurate and complete. Followed the process precisely and
bought any issues to the management when needed.
• Developed many circuit design procedure documents for the team to use as
the standard process.
• Worked closely with Sale Engineers, Capacity Access Engineers and
Network Engineers on DS3 and OCn Ethernet to complete end-to-end circuit
design
• Handled multiple difficult system issues within Provisioning Controller,
SNM and VDDS.
• Helped Cell Manager with multiple provisioning processes, technical
problems. Coordinated, tracked, provisioned with third party vendors via
conference calls or formal documents for new services, changes, re-designs
and disconnects.
• Have strong knowledge of LECs, CDR, SAR, ICB and Inet PER
MCI-Richardson, Texas 05/2000-06/2002
Network Engineer-Responsibilities included
• Coordinated price and capacity check from difference Vendors and LECs to
get the cheapest price and reserve capacity for the circuits.
• Provided LOA, CFA, Mux messages and slotted circuits for testing
• Worked extensively with TI, B&E, Designers and Account Team to get
circuit dispatch, test and turn up for customers
• Sent thousand of clean ASRs to LEC and Vendors
• Updated provisioning system such as Cameo, PC, TCOMS, SNM, and
VDDS with correct information and data. Utilized design checklists to
determine circuit’s requirements and disconnected any segments with LEC
and provisioning system on disconnect circuit
