Project Budgeting/approving invoices, managing vendors, determining IT needs and directing

Governance board and present new IT projects to Senior Management of Business Units
within Cimarex including negotiating cost accounting by department, business alignment

Created an MPLS mesh topology network resilient enough to support growth from four
offices to seven during an acquisition and then back to three without major rebuilding of
routing or IP address tables.
Took the initiative to replace old equipment with equipment from closed sites to provide
company with best possible equipment while reselling over $300,000 of retired or
unnecessary equipment.
Headed Information Systems design and implementation of multiple construction
projects for Cimarex including a 17 story Ground Up construction in Tulsa, four story
build out of corporate offices in Denver and multiple IT support field initiatives.
Established a preferred vendor list to expedite selection and avoid issues; efforts have
prevented any delay by data or IT issues for new build occupancy schedules the past
