I am the Technical Product Education Manager for the
Application Performance Management (APM) business unit.
My organization serves Compuware’s employees, customers
and partners through our education portal called:
APM University.

9. • Design and implemented a mass e-learning
production process
• Rolled out technical product education for
all APM products on APM University
• Designed and rolled out an Education
Development Kit for subject matter experts.

10. Learning Management Institute
• Developed the implementation strategy for
“The TALBOK Learning Path” and the
“Registered Educational Partner” program.
• Participated in large scale faculty
improvement projects in Higher Education
institutions in Central and South America.

11. • Quadrupled the monthly standard course
delivery capacity using the existing
resources.
• Successfully launched the Bullhorn Live
Campus LMS with award winning self-paced
training modules.
• Designed a process to record and convert
custom instructor-led training sessions to
self-paced e-learning modules.

12. • Developed and implemented a technology plan that
would support standard and virtual instructor-led
training, self-paced online training and virtual lab
capabilities to provide highly effective training
solutions on a global basis.
• Implemented a Learn.com LCMS with e-commerce
capabilities to support self-paced e-learning courses.
• Revised the training content development processes
to synchronize training availability with product
releases.
