• Describe the type of testing they are to perform.
• Obtain their commitment to the pilot.
• Provide them with a timeline for the pilot.
• Clarify their responsibilities.
• Obtain their consent to participate in the pilot and their informed consent, in
accordance with Article 6(1)(a), GDPR for the processing of personal data.
