ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.

Exploring Factors Affecting the Success of TVET-Industry Partnership: A Case ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to explore factors affecting the success of TVET-industry
partnerships. A case study design of the qualitative research method was used to achieve this objective. For the
study, one polytechnic college of Oromia regional state, and two industries were purposively selected. From the
sample polytechnic college and industries, a total of 17 sample respondents were selected. Out of 17
respondents, 10 respondents were selected using the snowball sampling method, and the rest 7 respondents were
selected using the purposive sampling technique. The qualitative data were collected through an in-depth
interview and document analysis. The data were analyzed using thematic approaches. The findings revealed that
TVET-industry partnerships were found weak. Lack of key stakeholder‟s awareness shortage of improved
training equipment and machines in polytechnic colleges, absence of trainee health insurance policy, lack of
incentive mechanisms for private industries, lack of employer industries involvement in designing and
developing occupational standards, and preparation of curriculum were some of the impediments of TVETindustry partnership. Based on the findings it was recommended that the Oromia TVET bureau in collaboration
with other relevant concerned regional authorities and TVET colleges, set new strategies for creating strong
awareness for industries, companies, and other relevant stakeholders on the purpose and advantages of
implementing successful TVET-industry partnership. Finally, the Oromia regional government in collaboration
with the TVET bureau needs to create policy-supported incentive strategies such as giving occasional privileges
of duty-free import, tax reduction, and regional government recognition awards based on the level of partnership
contribution to TVET institutions in promoting TVET-industry partnership.

Non-Financial Information and Firm Risk Non-Financial Information and Firm RiskAJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: This research aims to examine how ESG disclosure and risk disclosure affect the total risk of
companies. Using cross section data from 355 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, data regarding
ESG disclosure and risk was collected. In this research, ESG and risk disclosures are measured based on content
analysis using GRI 4 guidelines for ESG disclosures and COSO ERM for risk disclosures. Using multiple
regression, it is concluded that only risk disclosure can reduce the company's total risk, while ESG disclosure
cannot affect the company's total risk. This shows that only risk disclosure is relevant in determining a
company's total risk.

The Challenges of Good Governance and Project Implementation in Nigeria: A Re...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT : This study reveals that systemic corruption and other factors including poor leadership,
leadership recruitment processes, ethnic and regional politics, tribalism and mediocrity, poor planning, and
variation of project design have been the causative factors that undermine projects implementation in postindependence African states, particularly in Nigeria. The study, thus, argued that successive governments of
African states, using Nigeria as a case study, have been deeply engrossed in this obnoxious practice that has
undermined infrastructure sector development as well as enthroned impoverishment and mass poverty in these
African countries. This study, therefore, is posed to examine the similarities in causative factors, effects and
consequences of corruption and how it affects governance, projects implementation and national growth. To
achieve this, the study adopted historical research design which is qualitative and explorative in nature. The
study among others suggests that the governments of developing countries should shun corruption and other
forms of obnoxious practices in order to operate effective and efficient systems that promote good governance
and ensure there is adequate projects implementation which are the attributes of a responsible government and
good leadership. Policy makers should also prioritize policy objectives and competence to ensure that policies
are fully implemented within stipulated time frame.

2. MAGAZINE NO.1
The magazine has a colour theme using the colours yellow, red and black and this
is a good thing because the magazine organized arranged well. The colour yellow
and black also contrast one another making the font more bold and bright so it can
easily capture the audience’s attention when they see the magazine.
It features a top and bottom strip, on the top strip it includes a famous, well known
bands such as Linkin Park and on the far right Metallica is also mentioned as these
two bands are most popular within the rock music industry. By having this top strip
it give you more of an insight of what is included in the magazine and by adding
more info below the bands name it gives us another sneak peak in what is
mentioned. On the bottom strip it shows images of posters that come with the
magazine, this is known as a freebie as you receive this for free and by having the
images you can be able to see if you might be interested in these. Also, it mentions
another famous rock band ‘A Day To Remember’ and underneath it mentions a
review of their new album, this will make fans who are interested in this band want to
read this article so it’ll attract more people.
There is the use of exclamation marks on the cover page and this is used to
exaggerate or known as a hyperbole to add more excitement and emphasis on a
certain sell line.
The pug on the right includes another famous band ‘Of Mice & Men’ and it mentions
them being in the studio. Underneath there is a quote used, this is significant as
using quotes tells us that this what they said is true and not a lie, this will capture the
audiences eye who is a fan as they can exclusively read the interview of them.
The main image shows a band called ‘Panic! At The Disco’ and by using this
famous band more people will be able to relate to this magazine if they know the
main singer on the cover Brendon Urie, therefore it’ll be more likely for them to buy
the magazine.
The magazine includes a freebie on the bottom strip, the bottom strip is extended
as it shows all the posters that are included, the freebie is used as a persuasion for
the audience to try and purchase the magazine. The use of alliteration shows an
emphasis of the Kerrang! Magazine and how its loud and heavy.
3. MAGAZINE NO.2
On the cover page, it features a famous band ‘Paramore’ this is significant as they’ve
chosen a popular rock band so most people who are fans of them will most likely buy
the magazine straight away. The main sell line is in the middle of the cover page which
includes a quote and a subheading below to give us more news on what the band will
be talking about in the interview. Using a quote and an exclamation mark puts more
emphasis for the interview and making it more interesting to give it a more lively feel.
A freebie is included in the magazine and this persuades the audience to buy the
magazine as they could be receiving something free that’s included especially if the
audience are fans of ‘Bring Me The Horizon’. Below this, are two more sell lines which
features more famous bands being interviewed, the use of a box out makes the sell
lines stand out more and by using different colours for the box out this also makes it
looks bold.
The top strip mentions another well recognized band would be My Chemical Romance
and by using the words ‘MCRMY’ this will mostly only be understandable to fans who
know the band so this will be eye catching to the fans because only they’ll know what it
means, meaning it’ll be exclusive to them only.
The masthead is mostly covered by the band members and this could be because it
shows the importance of the band since they’re one of the most famous rock bands. On
the right, there is a pug. This features a competition for the Kerrang! Awards and this
may intrigue and persuade the audience because they may want to attend and this
could be a chance for them to win tickets.
On the bottom strip it features two stories, one who of Austin Carlile from Mice & Men
and the band Metallica. These two stories are a contrast to one another as the first one
mentions bad news whereas the other is good, these two stories will attract different
types of audiences therefore more people will buy the magazine.
A box out is shown above saying “Special Pull-Out Cover!”, this feature is significant as
the cover page shown on the right is just a sneak peak and tells the audience that there
is more inside once you purchase the magazine making it more interesting
4. MAGAZINE NO.3
This cover page hardly shows the masthead this suggests that since it’s so well
known, the masthead doesn’t need to capture attention but it’s the band that’s
headlining the magazine that is more recognizable to the audience. There is also a
colour theme to the cover page, each colour chosen is significant as it makes the
magazine more bright and vivid, so that it’s clear and so that its eye catching. For
example, Kerrang! mainly uses colours such as black, yellow and red. These three
colours are the main ones that make the calligraphy stand out on the cover page.
Red is one of the top two favourite colours, therefore this’ll appeal to the audience.
The black and yellow are used to contrast one another so that the font is made to be
bold.
The top strip features Dave Grohl and by only using the name and not the band
which he’s in this creates a personal connection to those who are fans with the Foo
Fighters as they know him and the word ‘You’ is underlined this pronoun this
suggests the magazine is talking directly to you and no one else, this then tempts
you to buy the magazine so that you can have the chance to go to the gig.
A freebie is included in the magazine and this another feature that will captivate the
audience as they get something for fee. Not to mention, they get 10 posters and this
gives them more of a range because if they may not like some of the bands they can
have a selection rather than just having one. It also has images so it gives you an
insight on how the poster’s going to look like once you purchase it.
The main sell line features an issue about the event Valentine’s day as this issue
was released during this time and underneath it contains more information. The
magazine uses Valentine’s day to relate it to the certain article, using it as a pun. The
use of the determiner ‘your’, the magazine directs it the audience to try and make a
connection between yourself and the magazine.
On the bottom strip it features two celebrities being in competition one another,
this’ll capture the audiences attention as they’ll be interested in knowing what the
drama is about, there is also the use of exclamation marks to exaggerate the drama.
5. MAGAZINE NO. 4
This cover page again features the main colours that Kerrang! use on most of
their magazines, the yellow and black make the font brighter and more eye
catching so it’ll be easy for the audience to pay attention to as yellow is a bright
colour it’ll capture the audiences eyes and draw them in easier.
The mast head has a broken, cracked font, this is relevant to Kerrang! because
since they’re based on rock music this gives it the added effect and emphasis on
their genre, not to mention the exclamation mark adds to this as rock music is
loud and is used as an hyperbole. However, not the whole of the masthead is
shown and this could be because the magazine is already well known so that
many people wouldn’t need to guess the magazine name.
On the top strip it features the band ‘Nirvana’ and this may fascinate audiences
even if they’re not that interested in the rock music industry as Nirvana was a
famous band known to mostly everyone and people who honoured Nirvana could
want to read the tribute made for them. The bottom strip contains two interviews
and exclamation marks to exaggerate both articles. The images are used to show
both bands so that it gives us a sneak peak of what’s inside the magazine.
The freebie is used to persuade the audience into purchasing the magazine as
they know you’ll get 6 free posters for free and on the left hand side there are
images shown of the free posters so that the audience can see what they’ll be
receiving if they do buy it. There is the use of a mid shot on the main image and
the singer Jenna Mcdougall is posing, she looks shocked and is holding a bomb,
this is significant as Kerrang! Is known for being loud, intense and heavy so this is
a similarity to the title.
There is the use of box outs to make the band of the title stand out, so that is can
easily be read and the font is large so it can be seen easily and underneath there
is another use of box out in 3D to make it look like its coming out of the page so
that it attracts more attention.
The bar code is essential to the magazine as it usually shows what issue it is and
without it you wouldn’t be able to purchase the magazine, the bar code also tells
the price so this is key as the audience may want to know how much it is.
