London has poorer levels of wellbeing than elsewhere in the UK. Londoners don't receive treatment for their mental health difficulties, straining public and private resources. In this session we will share how we used service design to co-create an ecosystem of mental wellbeing services for the city of London, with the potential to scale throughout the UK.

levels with half describing themselves as anxious.

anxious, and that does make you
depressed, and obviously because
of the trauma what happened, but I
just tried to sail through it and I
don't think it has gone away.”

team has conducted a small study.
