This document outlines the requirements for a final project to critically analyze a federal policy. Students must: 1) Select a policy from the Federal Register and summarize the issue and impact. This includes outlining the financial and other impacts and stating whether they agree with the policy. 2) Identify actions that could be taken to address the issue, including key metrics to monitor the issue, and ways to educate others about the issue and encourage involvement. 3) Create pseudocode or a flow diagram for a program that would allow users to submit information about the issue and a petition to the government. The information must be verified before entering a data lake.
