Significant strides have been made in how computing has
been leveraged to enable decision-making.
Computers recognise human voices and interprets data
to deliver computing output..
Computing Techniques that have become a part of
mainstream business enablers include:

C. Predictive Analysis
Marketing, in a digital world, requires an accurate
understanding of customer interests, affinity,
previous interactions with the brand, etc..
Recently, these new computing technologies are being leveraged
in marketing systems to improve marketing performance.
Cognitive marketing has emerged as a new and promising marketing mechanism
and is being incorporated as part of organisations’ marketing strategy .
Cognitive marketing seeks to provide the most accurate recommendations
and put options in front of customers that they are most likely to choose.
Research firm IDC expects that “half of all companies will use this
emerging generation of computer intelligence for their marketing
