Banks is one of public sector which take part in relation with the communities by doing operational activities as a concern to their stakeholders. In banking sector, employees have authorities and powers in affecting the company. The aim of this research was analyze the influence of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities to the organizational commitment which mediated by organizational trust. Sample in this research were employees on private banks in Malang by using total sampling and SEMPLS analysis. The results showed that employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities directly influenced organizational commitment. The influence of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities to organizational commitment enhanced by organizational trust.

The purpose of this research was to test and empirically analyze the effect of commitment, culture, and organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The mediating role of job satisfaction. The design of this research using survey method with the collection of data in cross-section through the questionnaire. Simple random sampling is used on 200 employees, hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study provides evidence that commitment, culture and organizational support is a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction. The other causality shows that organizational commitment and organizational support is a positive and significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The organizational culture and job satisfaction is positive but not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job satisfaction is not a mediating role in explaining the effect of commitment, culture and organizational support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The practical implications of this research provide increased knowledge and understanding of the employees and the management to make changes in Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the Islamic banking employees to the good direction through organizational commitment and organizational support. The limitations of this study on the sample size using only permanent employees and the Islamic Banks just so limit the ability to generalize the results of the research findings. Originality of research provides basic configuration modeling development towards using SEM and conceptual models that proved the effect of commitment, culture and organizational support to increased Organizational Citizenship Behavior to employees-good direction by entering the job satisfaction
This research measures relationship among employee participation and organizational commitment in targeted organizations. Organizational Commitment is measured through open interval model results, rational model results and human relations model results. Data collected from Textiles, Pharmaceutical and Telecom companies operating in Mumbai by using questionnaire with sample size of 219. Correlation and regression analysis is used to establish relationship amongst the variables and to prove the hypotheses. Results confirmed that Organizational Commitment increases when there is active participation of employee in organizations.
Organizations which delegate the authority to employees perform well as compared to those who don’t. Organizations who allow their employees to work in teams proved/shows more performance level than those who have non-team based/individualistic structure. This study has identified two kinds of direct participation which is associated with organisational commitment. It therefore has clear significance for proving a positive relationship between Employee participation and organisational commitment. The outcome of this research supports the argument for more participation of employees in decision making and work autonomy. No negative effect of Employee participation was found to exist in either prior research or this study.

Data was collected through questionnaires from 325 lecturers and analyzed using Partial Least Square. The findings showed that a strong organizational culture and high job satisfaction did not directly improve performance. However, organizational culture increased organizational commitment, which directly and indirectly improved lecturer performance. Specifically, 3 of the 6 proposed hypotheses were accepted: that strong organizational culture increases organizational commitment; and that high organizational commitment and job satisfaction improve lecturer performance.
This study examined the relationship between employee commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in Nepalese companies. A survey was administered to 340 employees across five companies. The results showed that affective commitment and normative commitment were positively related to both factors of organizational citizenship behavior - altruism and compliance. Continuance commitment was not significantly related to altruism or compliance. The findings imply that affectively and normatively committed employees are more likely to exhibit organizational citizenship behaviors that benefit coworkers and the organization, while continuance commitment does not influence such extra-role behaviors. Overall, the study found employee commitment, especially affective and normative commitment, can promote organizational citizenship behavior in Nepalese workplaces.

However, for Romania where CSR is emerging, young employees may be the only group requesting employers address stakeholders beyond shareholders.

Specifically, it analyzes how the work environment influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and how job satisfaction and organizational commitment then impact organizational citizenship behavior. The study aims to answer four research questions regarding the relationships between these variables. It distributed 162 survey questionnaires to internal auditors and used path analysis to analyze the data. The results showed that a conducive work environment leads to greater job satisfaction and organizational commitment, which then encourage employees to exhibit organizational citizenship behavior to help achieve organizational goals.

This study examines the impact of learning orientation dimensions on the relationship between information technology capability and the quality of management accounting information, with technological uncertainty as a moderating variable. The study found that commitment to learning, shared vision, and open-mindedness positively impact information technology capability. It also found that information technology capability positively impacts the quality of management accounting information. However, it did not find technological uncertainty to moderate the relationship between information technology capability and the quality of management accounting information. The study was limited by a lack of data connection between variables.

The study used a survey design to collect data from 109 car servicing firm owners/managers. Results found a positive and significant relationship between impression management and stakeholders' satisfaction. However, environmental dynamism was shown to weaken the strength of this relationship. The study concluded that car service entrepreneurs should effectively manage impressions to build a good image and satisfy stakeholders, while also adapting to changes in the dynamic business environment.

Abstract:
Organizational change can produce a number of positive and negative emotional responses. This study uses the Theory of Emotional Contagion (Hatfield, Cacioppo & Rapson, 1993) where negative as well as positive feelings can be transferred to others. The aims of the study are to examine the effects of perception on technological change, leadership change and structural change towards students’ emotions; and to analyze the mediating effect of experience on perception and emotion resulting from organizational changes. The study employs the quantitative research design using the survey method with the self-administered questionnaire. A total of 223 respondents was collected from among the undergraduate students at a faculty in a public university who have faced organizational changes (technological, leadership and structural). Results reveal that perceptions of technology, leadership and structural changes are found to have moderate effects on students’ emotions. However, experiences of change partially mediate students’ emotion and perception of technological, leadership and structural changes. Experience with organizational changes affects students’ emotions badly. This implies that the Emotional Contagion Theory holds true for organizational changes as the hypotheses are supported.

The data collection method is to use a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique
used is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis obtained indicate that information
technology, user technical skills, education and training have a positive and significant effect on accounting
information system performance.

Influence of Occupational Stress on Teachers' Performance in Public Secondary...inventionjournals
The cost of occupational stress has been very high in many organizations. Stress can undermine the achievement of goals, both for individuals and for organizations. Managers are in dilemma over what interventions need to be employed to minimize the cost associated with occupational stress on organizational performance. This study investigated the influence of occupational stress on performance of teachers in Nyeri South Sub-County, Nyeri County. This study employed descriptive survey research design. Data collection was undertaken using questionnaires which were issued to teachers and principals from 12 out of 34 schools. There was a total of 72 respondents, 12 were principals while the rest were other teachers. Stratified random sampling and simple random sampling was used to pick schools and teachers respectively. The data was analyzed using statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS). Descriptive statistics involving frequencies and percentages was used to explain the findings of the study. The study established that the teachers have many activities to carry out in the process of executing their main duty of teaching. These include preparing professional documents including: lesson plan, schemes of work, records of work and student progress record as well as administering, marking and analyzing examinations. In carrying out other duties other than teaching, some respondents indicated that they are not very comfortable, while others indicated that they are comfortable. Regarding interpersonal relationship majority felt that it was good but some indicated that it was bad and very bad in some cases. The study established that most of the resources were adequate or satisfactory but other resources were inadequate in some schools. Most respondents indicated that there were administrative factors that affect teachers negatively. Communication was either good or bad. The study also established that the academic performance of most of the schools in Nyeri south sub –county was average, with a few being above average while the rest were below average. The study specifically recommends that the government should ensure that they are enough teachers in schools to avoid work overload and that the various stakeholders should ensure that there are adequate resources to create a conducive environment. Team building and conflict resolution seminars and workshops should also be held to enhance good interpersonal relationships and those in administration should attend more seminars and workshops concerning administration including the principals, deputy principals and the heads of departments in the schools.

The study examined these factors' impact on e-loyalty of corporate customers using Bank Mandiri's cash management services. A survey of 115 corporate customers was conducted, and data was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings showed that service quality positively influences both relationship quality and e-loyalty. Relationship quality was also found to positively impact e-loyalty. The study aims to provide a comprehensive model of how these factors relate and influence online customer loyalty in the banking sector.

Abstract:
Organizational change can produce a number of positive and negative emotional responses. This study uses the Theory of Emotional Contagion (Hatfield, Cacioppo & Rapson, 1993) where negative as well as positive feelings can be transferred to others. The aims of the study are to examine the effects of perception on technological change, leadership change and structural change towards students’ emotions; and to analyze the mediating effect of experience on perception and emotion resulting from organizational changes. The study employs the quantitative research design using the survey method with the self-administered questionnaire. A total of 223 respondents was collected from among the undergraduate students at a faculty in a public university who have faced organizational changes (technological, leadership and structural). Results reveal that perceptions of technology, leadership and structural changes are found to have moderate effects on students’ emotions. However, experiences of change partially mediate students’ emotion and perception of technological, leadership and structural changes. Experience with organizational changes affects students’ emotions badly. This implies that the Emotional Contagion Theory holds true for organizational changes as the hypotheses are supported.

The cost of occupational stress has been very high in many organizations. Stress can undermine the achievement of goals, both for individuals and for organizations. Managers are in dilemma over what interventions need to be employed to minimize the cost associated with occupational stress on organizational performance. This study investigated the influence of occupational stress on performance of teachers in Nyeri South Sub-County, Nyeri County. This study employed descriptive survey research design. Data collection was undertaken using questionnaires which were issued to teachers and principals from 12 out of 34 schools. There was a total of 72 respondents, 12 were principals while the rest were other teachers. Stratified random sampling and simple random sampling was used to pick schools and teachers respectively. The data was analyzed using statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS). Descriptive statistics involving frequencies and percentages was used to explain the findings of the study. The study established that the teachers have many activities to carry out in the process of executing their main duty of teaching. These include preparing professional documents including: lesson plan, schemes of work, records of work and student progress record as well as administering, marking and analyzing examinations. In carrying out other duties other than teaching, some respondents indicated that they are not very comfortable, while others indicated that they are comfortable. Regarding interpersonal relationship majority felt that it was good but some indicated that it was bad and very bad in some cases. The study established that most of the resources were adequate or satisfactory but other resources were inadequate in some schools. Most respondents indicated that there were administrative factors that affect teachers negatively. Communication was either good or bad. The study also established that the academic performance of most of the schools in Nyeri south sub –county was average, with a few being above average while the rest were below average. The study specifically recommends that the government should ensure that they are enough teachers in schools to avoid work overload and that the various stakeholders should ensure that there are adequate resources to create a conducive environment. Team building and conflict resolution seminars and workshops should also be held to enhance good interpersonal relationships and those in administration should attend more seminars and workshops concerning administration including the principals, deputy principals and the heads of departments in the schools.

The purpose of this study is to put forth attitudes of students to English class within the scope of socio-cultural structure. Scanning method was used in the study.5 point likert scale was used as a data collection tool. Questionnaire scale was composed of two parts. In the first part, demographical question items providing general information about students were included and in the second part, 5-point attitude items aiming at determining students' attitudes to English class were included. The questionnaire was prepared by scanning the relevant literature and scope and face validity of the questionnaire was tried to be fulfilled through opinions and suggestions provided by English teachers and expert Pedagogues. The items ranked in the questionnaire as "Strongly Disagree", "Disagree", "Neither Agree nor Disagree", "Agree", "Strongly Agree" were scored with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. High schools at the center of Siirt were chosen as population of the research. While determining the sample, easily accessible and random sampling methods were utilized. In this regard, students in Anatolian High School (Public High School), High School of Social Sciences, Vocational High School, High School of Athletics and High School of Fine Arts which are located in different socioeconomical environments in Siirt was chosen. After removing questionnaires responded by students in an uninterested and wrong way, resting 849 questionnaires were analyzed for data. In analyzing, SPSS 21 Package program was utilized and kruskall wallis analysis was used for descriptive statistics, frequency, crosstabs, independent groups t test, one-way variance and non-parametric tests. Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was found 0.96. As a result, it was determined that students had a view of "undecided" for 38 items regarding attitudes to English class and although not being a very high average, "Agree" for 16 items in the questionnaire. It was determined there was a significant difference in favor of males between attitudes of students in High schools as to English classes in line with the independent variable 'gender'; on the other hand, there was not any significant difference between their attitudes in terms of independent variables 'Number of Family Members', 'Self-Expression' and 'Field of Teacher'

Studies have shown that the ultimate consideration intrastate armed group fighters have is the risk of losing their lives in the course of the conflict they execute. Irrespective of how weak or unprepared their enemies seem to be, they do not gloss over this possibility. To this end, they invest a lot of time, energy and resources in ensuring adequate and effective recruitment, training, and armament to ascertain minimal casualty, at least. But, could there be a case where death is not an option for consideration for armed group fighters? This paper casts its searchlight on the armed group fighters in the Niger Delta who invoke the powers of Egbesu, the deity or god of war and justice as they take up arms against the security apparatuses of the Nigerian state and the multinational oil companies. Theoretically, it draws insights from literature on earlier insurgencies and uprisings in Africa, especially the “magic” African guerrillas. Empirically, the paper relies on data collected through narrative and semi-structured interviews with the fighters during field works in the Niger Delta region. From these data, which are coded on MAXQDA software and analysed by Qualitative Content Analysis method, there is strong evidence that the Ijaw armed group fighters do not consider the possibility of death as a viable option. Egbesu is found worthy of protecting the fighters as long as they abide by its principles and the war is within their understanding of justice. This is a bourgeoning insight in understanding motivations for armed resistance in Africa, the paper argues.

Method of this research is qualitative and quantitative (mixed) and population for this study is technical and vocational training centers' manager and employers. Instrument of study includes a questionnaire that it is provided with Servqual model by researcher. Objective of the present study is to get an idea about socio-economic characteristics and living arrangement of the elderly rural Muslims under study. For the purpose of the present study, 10 villages were selected randomly, from each selected village 10 male and 10 female Muslims of age 60 years & above were considered respectively. The data was collected by adopting pre-tested structured schedule. The study shows that majority of the elderly are belong to the young old age group (60-69 years), are illiterate, married, marginal worker, and majority have no agricultural land property. Role conflict of employed women in life career families has become an inevitable subject for discussion in the context of recent globalization. Women’s liberation movements in the last centuries expanded the opportunities for qualified women in India to enter in to the workforce for personal satisfaction and supplemental income in family. In this changed social milieu women who once occupied only familial roles are now entering into the labor force taking up different professional roles. Thus playing several roles simultaneously with inadequate time and energy often creates conflicts in the role performance of these working women. Data were collected by interview, observation and focus-group discussion methods from 40 women working in different government and non-government sectors in Sambalpur city of Western Odisha. Against this backdrop, the present study makes an humble attempt to explore how the multiplicities of familial and professional roles are creating conflicts among these working women in the life career families. The study discusses how these women are trying to balance their domestic and professional roles.

This study investigated the impact of job satisfaction and demographic factors on organizational commitment among teachers at Girls' College in Pune, India. A survey was conducted of 52 teaching staff. The study revealed:
1) There was a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Teachers who were more satisfied in their jobs showed higher levels of commitment to the organization.
2) There was a significant positive relationship between age and organizational commitment. Older teachers tended to be more committed to the organization.
3) There was a significant negative relationship between education level and organizational commitment. Teachers with higher levels of education tended to be less committed to the organization.

EFFECT OF ORGANISATIONAL POLITICS ON EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENTIAEME Publication
The purpose of this research paper was to examine the nature of the relationship between organisational politics and employee engagement and was carried out in the year 2018 in Nigeria. This research addressed gaps in literature in three ways. First, this study offered quantitative evidence of the relationships between organisational politics and employee engagement. Second, this study elaborated on theoretical support for the perceived link between organisational politics and employee engagement. Finally, this study developed a model on the link between both variables. The paper adopted a descriptive survey design. Three hundred and fifty-nine questionnaires were retrieved from the staff of private radio broadcasting firms in Southeast Nigeria. The analysis of the data was presented in tables and graphs, and the Spearman correlation was used for analysis. The paper found that organisational politics positively relate to employee engagement. The study also postulated theoretical and managerial implication from the result obtained.

of Bondowoso and its surroundings. BhayangkaraBondowoso Hospital has a strong role in efforts to improve
Bondowoso public health. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and
compensation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Case Study at BhayangkaraBondowoso Hospital).This
research is a quantitative descriptive. The analytical method used by the researcher is multiple linear regression
analysis, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test). Data
collection techniques by conducting observations, questionnaires and direct interviews with respondents. The
sample used in this study was 162 of the 270 population who were employees of the BhayangkaraBondowoso
Hospital. This study uses the independent variables of work motivation, work discipline and compensation and
the dependent variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results of this study indicate that work
motivation, work discipline and compensation have a simultaneous effect on Organizational Citizenship
Behavior. Work motivation, work discipline and compensation partially have a significant effect on
Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Process and Content Model of CSR Decision-making - A Stakeholder ApproachCSCJournals
This paper examines the process and factors that determine the decision for taking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by businesses globally. Specifically, it investigates the stages of decision making and the factors that drive the decision making in each stage. A process model of decision making is proposed based on the factors determined from literature. The model consist of four stages in which the first stage is the pre-finalization stage in which the initial reasons for carrying out the CSR initiatives are explored, second stage is the finalization stage where the reasons for carrying out CSR initiatives are finalized, third stage is the context building for acting according to those reasons and subsequently carrying forward the CSR initiatives and the last stage is the implementation and execution of CSR initiatives. The review of previous literature reveals that major studies have focused only on one aspect of CSR namely, the reasons for CSR initiatives. This study opens up the direction for studying these factors deeply, so that it can be of use and importance to the businesses who are involved in the decision making of CSR initiatives. The interdependency of factors, as explained in the study, will aid decision makers at different levels of planning and implementation stages. It provides valuable inputs for those decision makers who are planning for CSR initiatives as well as to those who are seeking solutions for unsatisfactory results of these initiatives in their organizations.

The researcher wants to understand about the worker opinion about the facilities provided to them. At an equivalent time the organization policies and practices aren't accepted by employees. Abstract: Employee commitment always plays a very key role in improving the academic performance. Distinguished performing companies perceive that employee commitment is a premier contributing factor toward maintaining continual success and composing value. A committed employee is participative and energized about their work and performs in an aspect that will progress the organization’s interest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of employee commitment on academic performance of secondary schools in Elgeyo- Marakwet County. The objectives of the study were: to determine the effect of emotional commitment of the headteacher on school’s academic performance, to establish the effect of normative commitment of the headteacher on school’s academic performance, to examine the effect of continual commitment of the headteacher on school’s academic performance. The study adopted a census case design that entailed having all the headteachers of all the secondary schools in Elgeyo-Marakwet County as the respondents. The three constructs of employee commitment i.e. the normative, emotional and continuous commitment were treated as the independent variable while academic performance was the dependent variable. Data was analyzed using SPSS and both descriptive and inferential statistics was used. Regression was used to construct models that were used to determine the nature of the relationships between the variables of interest. All the hypothesized relationships developed were found to be statistically significant at level p < 0.05 i.e. emotional commitment (r = 0.401, p < 0.000), continual commitment (r = 0.410, p < 0.000), normative commitment (r = 0.273, p < 0.000) were correlated to academic performance significantly and positively. all the organizational commitment constructs of emotional commitment, continual commitment, and normative commitment have significant positive relationship with academic performance (emotional commitment: β=.258, p-value= 0.000; continual commitment: β= .137, p-value= 0.020; normative commitment: β= .056, p-value= 0.044). The results of this study will form the framework for policy making on the issue of organizational commitment and academic performance.

Embedded machine learning-based road conditions and driving behavior monitoringIJECEIAES
Car accident rates have increased in recent years, resulting in losses in human lives, properties, and other financial costs. An embedded machine learning-based system is developed to address this critical issue. The system can monitor road conditions, detect driving patterns, and identify aggressive driving behaviors. The system is based on neural networks trained on a comprehensive dataset of driving events, driving styles, and road conditions. The system effectively detects potential risks and helps mitigate the frequency and impact of accidents. The primary goal is to ensure the safety of drivers and vehicles. Collecting data involved gathering information on three key road events: normal street and normal drive, speed bumps, circular yellow speed bumps, and three aggressive driving actions: sudden start, sudden stop, and sudden entry. The gathered data is processed and analyzed using a machine learning system designed for limited power and memory devices. The developed system resulted in 91.9% accuracy, 93.6% precision, and 92% recall. The achieved inference time on an Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense with a 32-bit CPU running at 64 MHz is 34 ms and requires 2.6 kB peak RAM and 139.9 kB program flash memory, making it suitable for resource-constrained embedded systems.

ABSTRACT : Banks is one of public sector which take part in relation with the communities by doing
operational activities as a concern to their stakeholders. In banking sector, employees have authorities and
powers in affecting the company. The aim of this research was analyze the influence of employee’s perceptions
on corporate social responsibility activities to the organizational commitment which mediated by organizational
trust. Sample in this research were employees on private banks in Malang by using total sampling and SEM-
PLS analysis. The results showed that employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities
directly influenced organizational commitment. The influence of employee’s perceptions on corporate social
responsibility activities to organizational commitment enhanced by organizational trust.

I. Introduction
Corporate social responsibility is a current business topic which is important consideration for most companies
(Ramasamy & Yeung, 2009; Loussaief et al., 2014; Mousiolis & Bourletidis, 2015) and attract the academics
(Aguinis & Glavas, 2012; Arikan & Guner, 2013). Truscott et al., (2009) stated that financial institution is the
most proactive institution in investing on corporate social responsibility’s program whereas other sectors
company only have little reaction on this program (Decker, 2004).
In developing countries,social and economic problem is the most sensitive problem especially for banking
sector, so this sector have to perform some activities as a concern to corporate social responsibility (Dorasamy,
2013). In line with this concept, private banks in Malang which has many corporate social responsibility
activities and reached the best achievements in corporate social responsibility field which encourages researcher
to deepen the study related to employee perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities in banking
industry. Employees is one of the company's stakeholders who gives support for corporate in achieving short
and long term goals, such as awareness on the importance of social responsibility to reach company’s benefit.
Most research related to corporate social responsibility based on consumer perceptions as external parties (Lee
& Jackson, 2010; Vaaland et al., 2008;). Studies conducted by Ali et al., (2010), Choi & Yu, (2014), Fu et al.,
(2014) stated that there is significant effect of employee perceptions on company’s social responsibility towards
organizational commitment, but research conducted by Turker (2009) showed that there is no relationship
between corporate social responsibility’s activities, especially in legal aspects.
Pivato et al., (2008) suggests there is a need of research that mediates the effect of social responsibility on
organizational trust which supported by Rupp et al., (2006).
Tyler & Doerfel (2006) reveals trust is formed through symbolic interaction process of actors in organizations
that affect organizational commitment. In addition, Tan & Lim (2009) suggest that there was a prediction that
employees organizational trust built organizational commitment. Most previous studies related to employee
perceptions on corporate social responsibility’s activities in hospitality (Fu et al., 2014; Tsai et al., 2012),
university (Rajput, 2015), oil refinery company (Tuzcu, 2014), financial services company (Brammer et al.,
2005), but still lack on employee perceptions related to corporate social responsibility in banking industry.
Therefore, research in banking industry needs to be considered because services sector also depend on trust and
organizational commitment of employees. The purpose of this research are analyze the effect of employee’s
perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities related to organizational commitment, employee’s
perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities related to organizational trust, organizational trust on
organizational commitment, as well as the mediating role of organizational trust related to the effect of
employee’s perceptions of corporate social responsibility activities on organizational commitment.

II. Theoretical Background
2.1 The definition of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities
Choi & Yu (2014), Lee, et al., (2013) stated that employee’s perceptions related to corporate social
responsibility activities is an employee’s views about corporate social responsibility as philanthrophic, ethical or
environmental concern. Lee et al., (2013) reveals the dimension of employee perceptions on social
responsibility, such as philanthropic activities, ethical activities and environmental concern.
2.2 Definition of organizational trust
Dursun (2015) defines organizational trust as an employee confidence related to useful and beneficial in the
future. In addition, organizational trust represents a relationship between organization and employees. In this
research, organizational trust can be measured by five dimensions, such as fair and right treatment for
employees, honest and open communication, organization as an active and informative parties, managing
relationships with employees and the involvement of employee’s aspirations (Lee et al., 2013).
2.3 Definition of organizational commitment
Meyer & Allen (2001), describe the organizational commitment as a employee’s psychological attitude in
organization which reflects the association between employees and organization. This study measured
organizational commitment through three dimensions, such as affective, continuance and normative (Meyer &
Allen, 1997).
III. Hypothesis
3.1 The effect of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities to the organizational
commitment
Several empirical study found a positive relationship between employee’s perceptions on corporate social
responsibility activities to the organizational commitment. Ali et al., (2010) describes that corporate social
responsibility activities will attract other companies and employees as well as pride among employees. Based on
empirical studies, the first hypothesis in this study is as follows.
H1: Employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities significantly influence organizational
commitment.
3.2 The effect of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities to organizational
trust.
Based on research conducted by Rupp et al., (2006), employee’s perceptions of corporate social responsibility
related to organizational trust. Furthermore, the company’s involvement on corporate social responsibility
activities will expand fairly corporate social responsibility’s efforts internally to employees and in accordance
with social responsibility’s practices. Based on the conceptual study, the second hypothesis in this study is as
follows.
H2: Employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities has a significant effect on
organizational trust.
3.3 The effect of organizational trust on organizational commitment.
Some empirical research found a positive relationship between organizational trust and organizational
commitment. Research conducted by Tan & Lim (2009), Fard & Karimi (2015), showed that how far employees
believe that organization will build organizational commitment in the future. Based on empirical studies, the
third hypothesis in this study is as follows.
H3: Organizational trust has a significant effect on organizational commitment.
3.4 Organizational trust mediating the effect of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility
activities to organizational commitment.
Rupp et al., (2006) revealed that corporate social responsibility activities as an important signal for employees in
relation with company’s ethics and value, especially as trustworthy companies. Relational factors such as trust
can mediate employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities. Based on the empirical study,
the fourth hypothesis in this study is as follows.
H4: Organizational trust mediates the effect of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility
activities to organizational commitment.

IV. Research methods
This research is explanatory research with employees on private banks in Malang as research population
because this bank gives permission for conducting the research. The research samples are fifty four employees
by using total sampling. Customer service, account officer, teller, back office and administrative office support
as this research respondents. The data analyzed by SEM - PLS with warpPLS 5.0.
4.1 Research result
4.1.1 Validity and reliability
Validity test criteria were loading factor should be above 0,70 and significant p values less than 0,05. All items
in the questionnaire are valid. Moreover, the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha, indicates that all items had
Cronbach Alpha value above 0,7. All items in the questionnaire are reliable.

Table 1 shows that the average of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities is 4.44
(good category). The lowest average of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities
related to employee perceptions about the environmental concern. It’s due to bank’s environmental mission, but
employees can’t describe fully about environmental social responsibility because lack of information
(environmental awareness, tree planting and the preservation of a sustainable environment).
The highest average is employee’s perceptions of corporate social responsibility activities related to ethical
activities. This condition occurs because fully understanding about ethical social responsibility activities which
encourages sense of belonging. Furthermore, indicator “has strong awareness on corporate social

Table 2 shows that the average of employee’s perceptions on organizational trust is 4.45(good category). The
lowest average of employee’s perceptions on organizational trust related to the involvement of employee’s
aspirations. This condition occurs because not all employees have an authority in giving critics and suggest for
the company.
The highest average is employee’s perceptions of organizational trust related to managing relationship with
employees. This condition occurs because the company makes a good relationship with employees through
gathering. The company can form a solid team work and reduce the conflict so employees have self motivated to
work and trust the company.
Another interesting finding was found in indicators stating “the involvement of employee’s aspirations” has the
highest outer loading because of the importance role in establishing employee’s perceptions on organizational
trust. High value outer loading because of the answer variation from employees.

Table 3 shows that the average of employee’s perceptions on organizational commitment is 4.39 (good
category). The lowest average of employee’s perceptions on organizational commitment related to normative
organizational commitment. This condition occurs because most employees are still at basic level in a career, so
employees can’t loyal to the organization over a long time. Screening and employee contract system makes the
value of normative organizational commitment haven’t reach the maximum results.
The highest average is employee’s perceptions on organizational commitment related to affective organizational
commitment. This condition occurs because the ability of private banks to understand the employee’s needs
such as conducive working environment. In addition, private banks also offers the best facilities for all of the
employees. Moreover, indicators stating “employees have personal attachment with the organization”, “persist
in the company because the greatest benefit”, and “feel guilty when taking a new job outside the organization”
have the highest outer loading because of the importance role in establishing employee’s perceptions on
organizational commitment.
V. Results
5.1 Hypothesis Testing Results
This results indicate that employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities has a positive
impact on organizational commitment (H1 accepted), employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility
has a significant effect on organizational trust (H2 accepted), organizational trust has a significant effect on
organizational commitment (H3 accepted), and organizational trust mediates employee’s perceptions on
corporate social responsibility towards organizational commitment (H4 accepted). The empirical findings are
shown in Figure 1.

5.2 Analysis
5.2.1 The effect of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities to the
organizational commitment
The results showed that there is a significant relationship between employee’s perceptions on corporate social
responsibility activities with organizational commitment. This condition occurs because employees can describe
fully the activity of ethical social responsibility private banks. This corporate consistently reminds employees to
give accurate and detail information to costumers, has training programs to improve the operational activities, so
employee performance can be effective and efficient, and known as credible company.
Employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities can influence employee’s commitment. This
conditions can generate employee engagement and employee concern for the company. These results are
consistent with previous research conducted by Ali et al., (2010), Choi & Yu (2014), Fu et al., (2014), which
stated that employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities significantly influence
organizational commitment.
5.2.2 The effect of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities to the
organizational trust.
The results showed that there is a significant relationship between employee’s perceptions on corporate social
responsibility activities with organizational trust. This condition occurs because employees understand and feel
the implementation of corporate social responsibility activities, then they will react to these events. Especially,
employees who have different personalities with another will adapt to the organization which being ethical and
trust the organizations.
In fact, private banks is able to make good relationships with employees through gathering, having honest and
open communications, and responsible to the working environment.When private banks make some efforts, it
can be regarded as a trustworthy company because attracts employee’s attention. This good relationship between
company and employee such as the involvement of employee’s aspirations can reduce the conflicts that occur in
the workplace, companies can easily identify the issues, improve morale and boost its effectiveness and
efficiency in company as well as helping companies to understand the expectations of other stakeholders about
corporate social responsibility activities. This result are consistent with conceptual study conducted by Rupp et
al., (2006) which stated that the aspect of corporate social responsibility can potentially improve organizational
trust.
5.2.3 The effect of organizational trust to the organizational commitment
The results showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational trust with organizational
commitment. This condition occurs because organizational trust as the employee belief related to beneficial
from companies in the future which enhance organizational commitment. When private banks has team
engagement program, and make a good relationship through gathering will enhance employee identification.
Furthermore, employees who trust the organization will believe with leaders decision that have the biggest
effect in organization. This result are consistent with Tan & Lim (2009), Fard & Karimi (2015) which stated
that trust will create a personal commitment.
5.2.4 Organizational trust mediating the effect of employee’s perceptions on corporate social
responsibility activities to the organizational commitment.
The results showed that organizational trust mediates the effect of employee’s perceptions on corporate social
responsibility activities to the organizational commitment. Some organizational behavior’s scholar proposed that
trust is the main mechanism of corporate social responsibility to affect employee attitude and behavior. Pivato et
al., (2008) stated that trust as the initial results of the activities of corporate social responsibility or the
intermediary results of social responsibility activities. Based on reality, organizational trust as mediation effects
of employee’s perceptions of corporate social responsibility activities to the organizational commitment. Private
banks is also involved incorporate social responsibility activities in a sustainable manner that increase
employee’s trust and belief then have the significant impact on organizational commitment.
VI. Implication
6.1 Theoretical implications
This study provides additional reference related to employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility
activities in an organization. Therefore, future research may explore employee’s perceptions on corporate social
responsibility activities in service industry, manufacturing, and government that implement corporate social
responsibility. In addition, the results of this study found that organizational trust partially mediated and
become the basis development of organizational trust where there is still lack of research about employee’s
perceptions on corporate social responsibility activities to the organizational commitment.

6.2 Practical implications
This results stated that various corporate social responsibility activities generate different employee’s attitudes.
Overall it can be stated that internal employee’s perceptions on corporate responsibility activities stronger than
external employee’s perceptions on corporate responsibility activities. The conditions can help managers to
formulate policies related corporate social responsibility strategies such as maximizing the role related to
environmental concern activities involvement. For example energy saving programs (electric, waterand paper),
supported by socialization of the positive benefits for employees and company. This effort as a competitive
advantage because this involvement boost organizational trust and strong emotional bond among employees.
When employees are more committed, it can make the company more productive and higher motivation.
Furthermore, companies need to consider how to increase organizational trust through maximize aspiration from
all levels of employees. Employees who have innovative ideas can enable organizations to formulate the best
policy of corporate social responsibility.
6.3 Study Limitations and Future Research
There are two major limitations in our study. First, the results of the study can’t generalize because different
perception of employees at each office and scope of corporate social responsibility activities. Second, the study
focused solely on organizational trust as mediators. Further work should involve other factors that can affect
organizational commitment such as employee engagement.
VII. Conclusions
Based on the analysis, the conclusions of this study are as follows:
1. There is a significant relationship between employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility
activities to the organizational commitment. This can be demonstrated through emotional employees
bond because of the capabilities of companies to fulfill employee’s needs of the employees such as
good working environment, employee’s wellfare, best service to consumers, and able to synchronize
the information and implementations. This actions can establish employee engagement and concern to
the company.
2. There is a significant relationship between employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility
activities to the organizational trust. This can be shown through employees understanding about the
implementation of corporate social responsibility activities, reaction to these events and increase
organizational trust.
3. There is a significant relationship between organizational trust and the organizational commitment.
This can be explained through organizational trust as the reactions employee belief to favorable future
corporate act to enhance organizational commitment. Organizational trust is a result of corporate social
responsibility activities that instills employee commitment to the organization.
4. Organizational trust mediates the effect of employee’s perceptions on corporate social responsibility
activities to the organizational commitment. This can be shown through organizational trust as an
indirect process of how corporate social responsibility activities affect organizational commitment.
